This product is not only visually appealing, it has also made my life much easier. I take my doggie out for walks often and I don’t have to worry about carrying keys with me while walking him. The door locks automatically behind me after a few seconds, and I can come back in with either my thumbprint or a passcode. When I come back in, I don’t have to worry about forgetting to lock my door because it automatically locks again after a few seconds. I would highly recommend this product to everyone.In addition, I had such a wonderful experience with John, the technician who helped me set up my new smart door lock. He was incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. He took his time walking me through everything and made sure I understood how the lock worked before we finished.What impressed me even more was that a couple of weeks later, John personally followed up with me to make sure everything was still working properly and that I wasn’t having any issues. That level of customer care is rare these days and really stood out to me.John was professional, informative, and genuinely pleasant to work with. It’s reassuring to know that a company has someone like him taking care of its customers. He truly went above and beyond, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
