I really like these wireless remote control outlets! Having three outlets controlled with one remote makes it so much easier to turn lights and appliances on and off without having to constantly reach for the plugs.The setup was pretty straightforward, and the remote works well from a good distance. I especially like using them for lamps and Christmas lights, since I can control everything from one convenient location.The outlets are a good size and don’t take up too much space. The expandable design is also a nice feature if I want to add more outlets later. I love how convenient these are for everyday use, especially when I want to turn something on or off without getting up.Overall, these are a great addition to the home. Easy to set up, convenient, and very useful for controlling lights and appliances. Definitely worth having!

These are truly plug and play - pun intended. No app required. No need to pair with your phone. No wireless network needed. Just plug them in and press the button on the remote.The remote is numbered 1-2-3 but I couldn't find any numbers on the plug. If there is, it's not obvious. I plugged in one at random and pressed the numbers on the remote until I got the right one. Once you've figured out which plug is paired to which button on the remote, it's very easy.For rooms that don't have a plug wired to a light switch, these are particularly handy. Especially older homes where it was less common.One thing I don't like is these will get in the way of the lower plug if you want to use it on the top (photo). But in most cases, it's not a problem.The 3-pack has 1 remote for all 3 pkugs. If you want to use these in different rooms/ends of your house, it's more practical to buy a pack with one plug and one remote for each room. We used all 3 within our great room and office, so one remote kept centrally is fine for our needs.The wall receptacle for the remote is optional. It's not required for the plugs to function.Note: These are strictly on/off. They can't control 3-way bulbs, dimmers etc.The value is found in the ease of use, in my opinion. I have nothing but good to say about this 3-Pack Wireless Outlets with Remote Control! The instructions were straightforward and easy to understand, allowing me to have certain devices operable by remote control within minutes.I wanted to use these for certain lamps in my house. I keep the remote on the nightstand in my bedroom. If I have to get up in the middle of the night, I can see the lit room and not stumble towards it in the dark. I also use it if I hear noises outside. All of the units contained in the box appear durable; there is nothing flimsy about this set-up. I touched each of the three outlets to see how much heat it produced... answer: little to none. I feel good knowing these are safe and unlikely to pose any risk of fire. The outlets have had no compatibility issues with anything I've used them to operate. Finally, I find these to be an exceptionally good value for the money, and will likely purchase more.(These are an excellent gift for a senior citizen, to help lessen the risk of falls!)

No need to download and set up an app or to program a smart device - - these three plugs come already paired to the transmitter’s three control buttons. Just plug in and you’re almost set. But be aware that the plugs are not numbered to correspond to the transmitter’s three on/off buttons. So you’ll need to experiment a bit if you want individual on/off control. Their best use might be to control a group of three appliances, or holiday lights, or decorations, that you don’t want to leave powered up overnight, or when you leave. That same functionality can be achieved by creating a group of smart plugs controlled by a smart voice assistant, but these can be a short cut for those without a voice assistant, or for those just wanting a convenient and flexible (and less expensive) set-up. No need to download, and program, and debug an app, or deal with glitches and other smart device complications. Some time-saving tips: (1) when removing the battery isolation tab of the transmitter, be sure to note the polarity of the battery, because the polarity diagram in the instructions is not clear; (2) note that each plug’s own on/off button is just for convenient on/off control at that plug’s location - - the transmitter control will work regardless of whether that plug’s own button is left “on” or “off;” and (3) for double outlets, these rather large and “bottom heavy” plugs should be placed in the bottom outlet so as to not interfere with use of the top outlet (photos) - - which also means that two of these plugs likely won’t fit into the same double outlet.

Ordered this WGHUIS remote control outlet switch 3 pack to simultaneously or individually turn on my DJ system lights that are normally controlled through my Dmx lighting DJ/controller, when listening to pre-recorded music sets I’m able to use my lights for fun and have a club atmosphere, the remote works well, I have not use at 100ft range but can verify they work at 50ft range with no problems, the lights are set up high on ceiling mount and power on/off switch not easily accessible, but thanks to these I’m able to control with ease as this plug serves as my on/off switch, great added control convenience with the no line of sight remote, I like that the battery was included with order so I was able to put to use right out of the box, I do recommend, it will make things a lot easier to control no matter what the device may be, for me my lights would need a lot of wiring to be able to control them so this is a cost saving alternative so I’m glad to come across this to make things easier and less expensive, overall happy! Great value for me!

This is a 3 pack of removable remote outlets. There is one controller that controls all 3 smart plugs with a button for each outlet. No installation or wifi is need for the smart outlets. Just remove the battery insulating protector tab, plug the outlets anywhere in your home to control lamps, fans, coffee makers, red light beds, etc. This is particularly useful for any hard to reach outlets that may be behind furniture or outlets that are hard to get to. If desired you can mount the optional holder for the controller in a convenient place or just keep the controller portable and move or lay it wherever it is convenient. You can buy just a single outlet and controller, but it is financially beneficial to buy the 3 pack of outlets. If you don’t initially need 3 outlets, just store the extra outlets for future use. Each outlet has an on/off button on the side, should you ever want to turn the outlet itself off. The outlets all came in the on position.A couple negatives, one which the manufacturer could easily fix if they choose: the outlets are not marked or numbered to indicate which outlet goes with which of the 3 buttons on the controller. We had to push each button on the controller to test each outlet to figure out which button worked for each particular outlet. The other issue could easily cause user error… there is no way on the controller to know if the outlet is in the on or off position which could be a big deal if the appliance or lamp is in another room where you cannot visually see the appliance or lamp is off or on.I appreciate that I can now turn my lamp on (and off) across the room when I make my morning coffee. I can also turn my red light mat off and on without having to stoop down behind furniture to plug it in. And I can now easily/quickly turn the light on in my china cabinet if I’m preparing my home for visitors and want to make a good impression.The controller uses a replaceable C2032 battery. The directions say if you buy more than one controller with outlets, that there is a way to pair them. Unfortunately since I just have the one, there was no way to test this. For practical use, we will number the outlets to match the buttons on the controller, and label each button on the controller to indicate what is being turned off and on. This has been an interesting order to play with, review and now conveniently use.
