Overall, good quality, looks nice, and was easy to install. The towel rack has stayed on the side of the cabinet where we installed it and hasn't come loose at all after a few months, so the adhesive works great. The one flaw is there's a small chip out of the corner of the mounting plate, so quality is a bit lacking there, but overall it's a good value for the money.

This was a great replacement for an old one that was constantly coming loose from the screw plate. The adhesive backing meant it took a minute to install with zero tools. I've had it up for weeks and always with a towel hanging from it. It remains firm and looks nice.

To install these holders, you remove two screws from the bar to attach the handle before sticking it on. My first holder had a stuck screw. I had a quick return/exchange process, and the second one was just fine. Installation was a snap, and it's attached to my bathroom cabinet holding up a hand towel as we speak.This was perfect for my situation as my sink area primarily had real estate up against a wood pantry-style cabinet that wasn't amenable to screwing in a towel holder or anything. This elevated the space nicely while working around its deficiencies. I could see this would also be an amazing option in an apartment.
