The item came but it looks used evern though I ordered new unused. Than upon trying it I find that it's too big and doesn't fit my front door hinges. It wasn't that the spacers didn't work. More of the outside was too thick for the door narrow space. I took pictures so if your door is similar to mine you'll know that this might not work for you . I cannot tell how well this tool will work since it doesn't even fit. So I took a star off , the other star I took off was because I believe they sent me a used item.
