Widespread Bathroom Faucet with Sprayer

The concept is cool. I loved the fountain feature. The look, the pull out spray feature as well as the two settings for water spray. However, I had to return, as the fountain over sprayed my sink, and the faucet wiggled, feeling cheap. installation was rather simple, and I like the way they look. Wish it would’ve worked for my needs.

So far love the faucets. The drinking fountain part you have to make sure the waters on low or you’ll get sprayed. Love the usefulness of being able to rinse my sinks out. Great water pressure and they look nice. Seem great quality.

Easy to install and such a unique look. So many features for a bathroom faucet, and we love it. If you want to utilize the spout on the top, make sure you test it with low water pressure first until you get used to it. Love love love and would buy again. Great value.

I really like this faucet. It was very different from a normal store bought one, or it’s just been a long time. I assumed I’d need water lines so I repurchased those and then had to return them since this faucet came with its own unique water lines. I did need the instructions but it was a very easy DIY. If you need to pull the water lines apart you push the little tabbies in a pinch. That did take a bit to figure out lol. I used a bit of plumbers lube on the rings as suggested but I can only hope for now that there’s no leaking or issues in the future.

Ordered 2 of these for a bathroom renovation. I love them! The water fountain feature is perfect for rinsing when brushing your teeth and I feel so fancy using it! The hose feature works nicely too and is nice for a quick clean/rinse of the whole sink. We had a slight leaking issue with one cold water handle, but customer service was great and helped resolve this in a timely manner!

I like the concept of this, but as someone else experienced, we cannot get the actual spout function to shut off. The faucet worked well until I shifted the little button on top of the faucet to redirect the water to spout. The water goes high and far so if your sink is shallow and you're unprepared, you're in for a mini-shower. No problem, figured it would take getting used to. I tried to switch the little button back to its previous position. But...it won't really return to its previous position firmly, so now, even although water is pouring down from the main faucet, there's still water burbling out of the spout on the TOP of the faucet. No matter how I try to adjust it, press it, push it, pull it, jiggle it, water will NOT stop burbling out of that hole, like a dysfunctional school faucet. And although the description for the product on Amazon says it includes instructions, it actually does NOT. It includes installation instructions, but nothing about how to address any potential issues with the faucet, or any specific instructions about how to use it. I mean, yes it should be intuitive, it's just a faucet, but either there's some additional info I could use, or, I just have a malfunctioning faucet with a really nice feature that's not so nice because now I can't turn it off. So, in this case, instructions COULD possibly be helpful given that is has so many features? And the button itself that turns on the spout feature, feels a little flimsy, as though it's cheap metal or reinforced plastic, that might break off altogether if I toggle it too much. So I'm hesitant to keep messing with it to get it to STOP BURBLING. Unfortunately, the return window has closed, sooooo...we can't return it, but honestly, if I can't get this faucet work properly, I might have to just cut our losses and get a different faucet. I guess sometimes it's just worth it to go with the customary well-known brands and not try to get too fancy.
