These clamps are sturdy and work great for welding and fabrication projects. The quick release makes them easy to position and adjust, and they have plenty of clamping force to hold pieces securely while fitting everything up. The 12-inch size is useful for a lot of different jobs, and getting four in the pack makes them a really good value. The nickel-plated metal construction feels solid, and the non-marring pads are a nice addition when working with finished surfaces. Overall, a useful set of clamps that has earned a spot in my welding setup.

These are truly quality heavy duty clamps at a good price. I got the pack with 2 clamps and they are heavy duty and work well. They are easy to use and adjust and the quick release works well. I will say that they are listed as 11.8” and I needed 11.5” for a project but these fell short. There is a stopper to prevent it from undoing completely and fully opened, they max out at about 11.25.” As others have mentioned, the only con for me is that one end is soft plastic so that’s fine but the other end is just metal and I would prefer some foam or cushioning to protect what I’m working on. Overall these are good for the price as you get two good sized, heavy clamps.

I received these YESWELDER Heavy Duty F-Clamps through the Amazon Vine program and I’m genuinely impressed. As someone who does a mix of metal fabrication, welding, and occasional woodworking projects in my garage, having a solid set of quick-release clamps is essential. This 4-pack of 12" clamps has quickly become one of my most-reached-for tools.Build Quality & First ImpressionsRight out of the box, these clamps feel premium. The nickel-plated metal construction looks tough and corrosion-resistant, which is important for a welding environment where you’re dealing with sparks, heat, and occasional moisture. The jaws are substantial, and the overall heft gives you confidence that they can handle serious pressure without flexing or bending. The non-marring pads on the clamping faces are a big plus. I’ve used them on finished wood pieces and thin sheet metal without any dents or marks — exactly what you want when you’re trying to keep surfaces clean.PerformanceClamping force: These provide excellent, even pressure. I’ve used them to hold together steel tubing for welding and to secure larger wood glue-ups. The screw mechanism is smooth and the quick-release trigger works reliably every time.Size: At 12" reach and about 4.7" throat depth, they’re versatile enough for most medium-sized projects. The 4-pack gives you plenty of options to clamp multiple points at once.Ease of use: One-handed operation is straightforward once you get the hang of the quick-release. The T-handle and adjustment knob are comfortable to use even with gloves on.Real-World UseI’ve put these through a few sessions already:Holding square tubing during TIG welding — stayed rock solid with zero slippage.Clamping down a tabletop glue-up — applied consistent pressure across the joints.Securing material on my workbench for routing and sanding. They’ve held up perfectly so far. No stripped threads, no wobble in the screw, and the quick-release hasn’t jammed.Minor NotesThe only very small thing I can mention is that the clamps are on the heavier side (which is good for durability but something to be aware of if you’re doing a lot of overhead or repetitive positioning). Other than that, I have zero complaints.Final VerdictFor the price point (especially for a 4-pack of heavy-duty clamps with quick-release), these are an outstanding value. They compete well with more expensive name brands I’ve used in the past. If you weld, fabricate, or do serious woodworking, I highly recommend adding these to your shop. YESWELDER has delivered a quality product here.

No shop can ever have enough clamps, so I'm always on the lookout for extras. These F-clamps are indeed heavy duty. They slide smoothly and hold firmly, and while these don't fit the slots on my work table, they appear to be compatible with something a little larger. They're better compatible with metalworking than woodworking because they don't include any non-marring covers for the jaws, but I like these enough to make them work for my purposes

The pictures don’t do these F clamps justice: they are heavy-duty! They are made from drop-forged steel and are nickel-plated. They claim about 660lbs (300kg) of clamping force. There are no teeth or grooves that the sliding arm engages on. When back pressure is applied to the clamp arm, it cocks slightly, which securely locks the arm in place. By releasing the back pressure, the arm will move freely again. This method works surprisingly well. The metal pad on the end of the screw is attached via a ball and socket joint, which can allow for a better grip on oddly shaped material. The jaws open over 12”, and the throat is ~4-3/16” to the inside edge of the screw pad.The description of these clamps states: “The non-marring pads protect your workpiece from scratches and dents”. I don’t know what is being referred to there. The pads are made of the same material (steel) as the rest of the clamp. There is nothing that I can see that would prevent marring or dents. These are well-made clamps that should get the job done. They are heavy-duty and a good size, providing lots of flexibility to your clamping needs.

I do a lot of woodworking so I'm always looking for more clamps. These looked like a high quality set of clamps so I grabbed them.Firstly, these were all individually wrapped up with plastic and inside of a box so everything arrived in good order. The clamps themselves are very heavy so there's no mistaking the amount of force you'll be able to exert with them. The clamp itself is all metal. The body, the screw, the clamp face, etc are all extremely solid.I put a few pieces of warped hardwood together and they called it without an intense amount of force being applied. They're excellent at doing their job.The only thing I would have liked, especially at this price point, is covers for the clamp face and screw. I can use two other boards to protect the wood I'm working on, but some plastic or replaceable felt pads would be helpful to not mar the wood.Overall, between the heaviness of the clamps, the ease of use, and what I perceive to be a pretty good value for a deep throated clamp, I would recommend this to anyone looking to expand their clamp collection with some serious clamping pressure.
