Almost perfect....loses a star because it has a loop on both ends, rather than a hook. Sorry...but a hook would have helped me in the installs i have used this for.Long enough, and very sturdy for most uses.needs a hook.

Just finished wiring my sprinter van to be an rv and had to run 60 plus wires all trough out the pilars. i wanted it to look oem but fishing wire through the tight and weird shaped channels was imposable, so i ordered the cheapest kit i saw (this one) and WOW. this pulled 4x 12 guage wire at once no problem. it also has this little cover that slips over the wire ends to keep it from getting caught and gives it a pointed tip to help guide it. so simple but works like a charm. wish i got is sooner.

I had a metal fish tape for years but I couldn't get it to work on a pull through 3/4 EMT conduit so I bought this. This was such an improvement that I tossed the old metal tape. It's a little tricky to roll up for storage when the job is done but its doable.

this fish tape comes with a pretty thin pull stranded cord and two different connectors for attaching your wire to (see pic below) it sells for a reasonable price compared to other fish tapes BUT it does not work .I used it or tried to use it to run lights down the frame of a trailer. it would not make it past the 22 Degree bend. I tried from both angles and both sides of the trailer but no go the tape itself was to thin and flexible to be of use. I finally found my standard fish tape and it slid through no problem on both sides. while this may work on a straight piece of 1/4" conduit it will not work any better than just pushing a piece of stranded wire through and I have serious doubts that it would make it through any 90 degree bends. over all I would not recommend this product for pulling wire either look for a steel fish tape or a much thicker solid polyester fish tape they will cost more but they will also do the job.
