These ratchet straps are heavy duty and very easy to use. I really like the retractable design because there’s no extra strap hanging everywhere or getting tangled up. They feel sturdy, the hooks hold securely, and they retract smoothly when you’re finished. The carrying bag is a nice bonus too. Great set to keep in the truck or trailer.

I have used several different retractable straps and these ones are now at the top of my list. They operate smoothly and and the ratchet doesn’t bind up. They retract nicely and not super fast as to not get smacked when the hook comes flying back at you. My favorite parts are the BRIGHT GREEN color, the short loops that keep me from scratching my handle bars on dirtbikes and the best thing is the spring loaded finger that prevents the hooks from falling off while you are strapping something down.

I got these ratchet straps to replace a set I got years ago that were really really cheap, in every definition for that word. These are a welcomed improvement!The quality and durability of these straps is beyond question. It definitely built well and should last a long time. Even more impressive, they included a storage bag for them. That's something that's missing from too many items anymore.These ratchet straps are a breeze to use. The mechanics are sound and it's obvious what one needs to do to operate them. The ratchet mechanism itself is steadily built and holds securely.I really like to retractability of these straps. As they get paid out, a spring gets wound inside the ratchet. Then, it's simply a matter of pushing the green button and the straps will retract and coil tighter. After that, it's up to you to crank the ratchet a few times until it's tight enough for whatever you want to do.I also like the coloring of the straps. They'll be hard to miss or overlook. Two minor dings against the straps are how big and bulky the ratchet assembly is and also the closures on the hooks. The one likely, it's possible those closures could get in the way and prevent being able to attach something. Both these are minor and do not reduce my rating of these at all.I give these ratchet straps a "rounding up" 5-star rating--I would have given 4.5 stars if possible due to the items mentioned above. This straps do everything I need and include a couple extra spacer straps as well.

I needed some new ratchet straps and I am so glad I found these. They are made very well and they are so much easier to use than regular straps. The ratcheting mechanism is built very solid and easier to release. They look great and seem to be durable. They have a 1,760 pound break strength too, so they are very strong. The bright green color will be easier to find in my tool box too. I would recommend these.

If I had a vote on product of the year, these retractable ratchets would get my vote. This is my first introduction to a one piece retractable ratchet strap. I like the ease of use and almost foolproof design. Makes load cinching by a no-brainer.In the past, I've loaned out my two piece straps (separate strap and a separate ratchet) only to get them back with so many wraps of the strap forced on the ratchet drum that it was almost impossible to unwind it. If you've ever loaned your ratchet straps out, I'll bet you've seen that. That is impossible with this arrangement. Simply attach both ends to the tiedown point, let the ratchet take up the slack, and use the ratchet handle to tighten the strap and secure the load.The ratchet mechanism is reasonably smooth in operation and the entire unit looks to be well built. The only thing that might be lacking, in my opinion, is a soft rubber cushion on the sole of the ratchet mechanism in the event the ratchet could possibly contact a painted surface. Several small pieces of a rubber pad could be put in the storage bag to act as a buffer should the need arise.A quality product, great engineering design, and an easy to use product easily rates a 5 star rating. Current price is $80 USD for four ratchet strap sets that at first glance seems high, but in my opinion they are worth every bit of that price.

Excellent product. Use care to keep straps from going over metal angles. Wind vibration will wear them through . I use them with chains that go over possible wear points. The rabbits provide a really tightPad with much less effort than chain binders.

These are so easy for me to use and it didn't trigger tantrums like the "other" straps. I've used these a couple of times and the ratchet never stalled. They have a nice weight to them and doesn't feel cheap. The straps stayed tight and strong.
