This stainless steel door kick plate is perfect for my front door. The stainless steel look is very modern, and it is thick and sturdy so should be very durable. My front door is behind a storm door so I predict it should last a long time. It came with a white protective film that needs to be removed. It also came with the screws and was easy to install and stays in place. This kick plate helps keep my door clean and is easy to wipe down with some soap and water.

This stainless steel kick plate is well made and looks great once installed. The brushed stainless finish has a clean, modern appearance and does a great job protecting the lower part of the door from scuffs and everyday wear.The 8” × 34” size fit my door perfectly, and installation was straightforward. The metal feels sturdy and durable, and the finish resists fingerprints better than I expected.Overall, it’s a simple upgrade that improves both the appearance and durability of the door. I would definitely recommend it for homes or commercial spaces.

Very nice kick plate. The kick plate came package well with a white protective film that can be removed before installation. The screws were a bit hidden but it can be found on the top corner box. Overall, a nice sturdy kick plate that seem to last.

It came as an incomplete product but this is the size I need to reinforce the bottom edge of a garage side door that has begun to rust. But grade 201 stainless steel isn't notably rust & corrosion resistant. It's slightly more corrosion resistant than aluminum but not as rust resistant as 304, the most common outdoor stainless steel grade, and 304 is not the most rust resistant steel either. The 6" x 34" plate was supposed to be brushed stainless steel but came with a white finish, even though the listing only specifies brushed steel & black finishes available. No information came with the kick plate so I don't know about the required treatment of the finish before painting it a suitable or door matching color. It's thick and sturdy which makes the countersunk edges of the predrilled installation holes -visible in photo 5- possible. The listing also states that it was to come with 'matching wood screws for a quick, secure setup', but the box it came in did not include screws. It is an adequate door kick best used indoors or under cover -which is where I'll now use it- but it's not the product that the listing represented it to be. I'll give it 3 stars for being a steel kickplate but nothing more.
