So they definitely do what they say they will on the package, but you need to know what you’re getting and how to use them. The plastic does feel sort of cheap but that doesn’t matter much. They are clearly labeled not for reuse, which is important if you have never used these; they can’t be reused because the tabs get damaged and there is dielectric grease inside which gets used up.In my case also, when I tried to unscrew it from the wires, the insert in the wire nut came out and stayed attached on the wires. This could be a plus or a minus depending on how you view it. If you really need it to stay on the wires at all costs, these will do it. It’s a bit hard to get them to bite because the water resistant tabs on the back. My tip for this would be to slightly twist the wires together before inserting. Not tightly, just get them started.Pictured is two 16awg wires inserted. You definitely would need to wrap them in some electrical tape when done terminating them, which you should be doing anyway with any wire nuts.Overall; not bad!
