Key Features
- Built for Real Job Sites:Durable all-metal body with stainless steel rollers withstands daily use. The quick-lock triple-wing bolt lets you secure the material tool-free in seconds, and the lightweight aluminum handle reduces arm fatigue. This addresses durability concerns and emphasizes "ease of use" for on-site work.
- Versatile Bending Range:The sheet metal bender features an oblique bearing design for smooth 0-100° bending, with an exclusive angled roller that prevents surface marks, even at 90° bends. Ideal for professional tasks such as profiling metal panels or installing snap lock panels that only need to be bent at the eave.
- Handles Your Most Common Materials:Works seamlessly with a wide range of sheets, supports bending lengths from 7mm to 180mm and works efficiently with sheet metal thicknesses ranging from thin aluminum (0.2mm) to sturdy galvanized steel (up to 1.0mm), Ideal for roofing, flashing, ductwork, and DIY crafts.
- Precision Control for Consistent Bends:This sheet metal bending machine features a height-adjustable knob and a clear imperial depth gauge on the center roller. This duo allows for accurate, stable, and repeatable bends with consistent results.
- Recommended Technique for Best Results:For optimal performance, ensure material edges are straight and bend gradually. Press gently and bend in increments of 10-20° per pass. A 90° bend typically requires 5 to 8 gradual passes to avoid wrinkling and ensure a clean finish.

I used it one a practice peice of sheet metal. You don't get any paperwork with the tool so you learn as ya practice.Well built tool but most tools like this comes with some kind of instructions!!

The build quality on this tool is exceptional. It’s constructed entirely of metal, giving it a very substantial and durable feel in the hands. The etching on the shaft is deep, crisp, and highly legible. What impressed me most was the action—the sliding parts move like butter, with zero binding. The fit and finish are superb. This doesn't feel like a cheap tool; it feels like a professional-grade instrument.

I had never used a tool like this before, but I am blown away by the quality. This isn't stamped sheet metal; it has a solid cast framework that gives it real heft. The design is smart, featuring multiple bearings. The rolling action is smooth—You simply roll the tool along the workpiece, and it creates the bend as it moves. The rollers keep the positioning perfectly aligned, allowing me to produce crisp, accurate 90-degree bends on both thin aluminum and stainless-steel test pieces with minimal effort.

First off, this tool does exactly what it’s supposed to do. The quality is evident in the details. Thanks to the beveled bearing, I was able to get a really tight, clean bend. The overall construction is excellent—it’s made very well. My favorite part is the knobs; they have large, decent-sized lobes that make it easy to crank down and secure the settings. If you’ve used other tools with those terrible, cheap wing nuts, you’ll appreciate this feature. This is a huge upgrade from the standard hardware.

High quality anodized aluminum and heavy-duty. I bought this to fabricate my own box gutters in extra-long lengths, and it worked like a charm. It handled the sheet metal with ease, giving me clean, precise 90-degree bends every time. I managed to make several 40-foot segments without any issues. Highly recommended
