What a Great Rain Set!

[Size: Large-X-Large, Color: Yellow]
Here in Florida, and specifically where I live, I expect hurricanes to roll through my backyard about once every 3 years. Besides that,… it rains EVERY DAY all summer, frequently during stormy conditions.I kind of really like riding out the big ones. I sure hope I never take a direct hit from a hurricane generated tornado, (although there was one right down my street last year), but anything less than that I can pretty much handle. That is NOT true everywhere in FLA, but I am located inland a little bit, and my property and my house itself are set up pretty well for it. So, I’m lucky. It can be…, ok it IS very scary sometimes. The weeklong build-up to the big one, the 24-hour duration of the intensity, and the three-day (or so) recovery time… not even mentioning the weeks and months of aftereffects and rebuilding…. Is the most stressful thing I’ve ever had to do.The last time my wife even left town, I was alone and one of the few left on my street to stand guard. It’s freaky, for real. Yet… I guess it’s like a Roller Coaster, or Skydiving… It’s a RUSH, a Thrill, an adventure, and there’s always stories for life.Next time… I’ll be here. So… I need good gear.I have one very heavy-duty full blast rock on bingo rain gear setup. The thing is, those Hurricanes are the only time I’ll break it out of my closet because it’s so bulky, heavy, and restrictive.I love this suit by SOIGCOR because it’s so much lighter, easier to put on, easier to move in, and all that. It’s also massively reflective, which is kinda funny in my video, but sometimes, in some emergencies, it may become critical and not funny one bit.The other plus to this suit is that it folds to a reasonably small sized box… which means, I can carry it in my truck – this is huge. One of the most rewarding parts of riding out storms is being one of the first to venture out in the aftermath to check on neighborhood security, damage, to help with cleanup and chain sawing trees, and to be able to offer aide to others. My truck is somewhat modified and built for this, and I try to keep her in a ready state at all times. So, keeping all my basic gear in the truck is always a part of the plan.Sorry my video is so long on this one, but I tried to test the gear pretty thoroughly. It performed wonderfully for me. You may see in the video that after substantial drenching, there was a wet spot on my stomach, but nowhere else on my body. That was the first time I wore it, and I’m pretty sure that however the world I got wet there was my fault. The seams, the material, the zippers, the pockets, everything, was otherwise flawless. So… I’m not worried about that.I think it’s a great suit and I’m really glad to have it as part of my gear.Anyway, I hope this helps you in some little way, and I hope something Great happens for You today!

Durable and effective work rain gear

[Size: Large-X-Large, Color: Yellow-black]
I’ve been using the SOIGCOR Hi Vis Rain Suit and find it to be a solid choice for wet weather work. The material is durable, and the fit is comfortable—about as good as you can expect from heavy-duty rain gear.It does an excellent job of keeping the rain out, and the back venting helps with airflow. While it lacks pit or pocket vents, the jacket features a high-quality mesh lining and a convenient internal pocket. The zipper feels robust and well-made. Overall, this is a very decent set of work gear for the price.

[Size: Large-X-Large, Color: Yellow, Size: Large-X-Large, Color: Yellow]
I walk five miles every day, even when it's raining, snowing, sleeting, or hailing. That's why I need this high-visibility rain suit that’s tough as nails. “Heavy-duty” is an understatement for this jacket and pants that are touted as construction worker togs, but they're great for a long-distance walker like me, too. I'm 6’3” tall and weigh 170 lb, and I ordered the large/XL size. When I first donned this waterproof coat and pants over a T-shirt and shorts, they felt huge on me. It's more XL than it is L, but that's okay. It will be ideal to wear in any weather, especially during a winter blizzard or a summer deluge. As I bundle up when the temperature plunges into the single digits, I'll be wearing bulky clothing underneath that will certainly fit within this rotund jacket. Even better, I was delighted when I tried on the pants, which are exactly the right length for my medium-length legs (32-inch inseam). And the sleeves are the perfect length for me, too. Indeed, this rain suit will make me completely ready to venture out in snow or rain, heat or gloom of night. Oh, and daytime, too.The details are all there as well. I like the mesh lining inside the coat, both hook/loop and zippered closure, the variety of pockets, the stowable waterproof hood, loops to hang tools on the jacket, and there's even a pouch for an ID badge. I don't think I'll need that in the suburban neighborhood here, but it's a nice touch for construction workers on secure sites. This is indeed a highly visible pair of garments, bright enough to be seen from far away. This suit will come in handy when I face the frequently texting and distracted drivers marauding around the hinterlands here on the frozen tundra of Wisconsin during the bleak midwinter. It’ll get the job done during the summer too, because it's not too heavy for a warm storm that pops up on the long trail. This is not a cheap suit, but it gets the job done. It feels like it'll last forever. It’s an excellent value, and I highly recommend it.

JUST MY OPINION
⭐ Comfortable and Highly Visible Rain Suit for Work, But the $79.99 Price Feels a Bit High 🌧️🦺

[Size: XX-Large-3X-Large, Color: Yellow]
Through the Amazon Vine Program, I received this Hi-Vis Waterproof Rain Suit consisting of both the jacket and pants in size 2XL/3XL for evaluation and testing.🌧️ My experience with this rain suit has been very positive overall. The first thing I noticed was how comfortable it was to wear. The sizing runs true, and the 2XL/3XL size provides plenty of room to comfortably wear heavier clothing or layers underneath during colder weather. For anyone working outdoors during the fall or winter months, that extra room is definitely appreciated. 👷‍♂️🧥🦺 This setup feels like it was designed primarily for the job site rather than recreational activities. While it could certainly be used for fishing, cycling, or other outdoor sports, I personally believe it shines brightest as workwear for construction crews, utility workers, road crews, warehouse employees, and anyone spending long hours outside in poor weather conditions.💦 The waterproof protection appears to be very solid. The heavy-duty Oxford fabric combined with taped seams does a good job keeping water where it belongs—outside. The material feels durable and capable of standing up to regular use in rough working environments.✨ Visibility is another strong point. The bright yellow color and reflective striping provide excellent visibility from all directions, which is exactly what you want when working around traffic, equipment, or low-light conditions. Safety gear only works if people can see you, and this suit certainly succeeds in that department. 🚧🚜📻 I also appreciated some of the work-oriented features including the chest ID pocket, large waterproof storage pockets, shoulder loops for radios, and adjustable cuffs and pant legs that fit well over gloves and work boots. These are practical additions that make sense for people who rely on their gear every day.🏃‍♂️ The pants offer good flexibility as well, especially around the reinforced crotch area, making bending, climbing, and moving around job sites easier than with some heavier rain gear.⭐ At the same time, there is nothing particularly revolutionary here. The rain suit performs exactly as expected and does so without issue, which is precisely what earns it a strong four-star rating from me. It does its job well, fits comfortably, and provides the visibility and weather protection it promises.💲 The only thing preventing this from earning a full five stars in my opinion is the price. At approximately $79.99, I personally feel the cost is somewhat steep for what is ultimately a straightforward high-visibility rain suit. If it were priced a bit lower, I would consider it an exceptional value.⭐ 4 StarsReviews are subjective—what impresses me might seem average to someone else. Most of my ratings fall into the three and four-star range. A three-star rating means a product works as expected but is nothing special. A four-star rating means it performs properly, installs or fits without issue, and delivers what it promises. For a five-star rating, a product has to truly stand out and exceed expectations. In the end, this is simply my opinion—your experience may vary.

Great set high quality terrific value

[Size: Large-X-Large, Color: Yellow-black]
I have a family of loggers and 6 sons who are all but 2 in their 20s and work outdoor jobs. This was the perfect set for my son who is a sawyer in the woods. They arent allowed to wear the blue vis and have to wear these but more often than not, the weather is snowy and rainy and they either get soaked to the bone wearing their regular work clothes or they can spend money they dont have for a nice suit like this one. I could feel the quality of the jacket and if someone gets hurt out there wearing this i have no doubt the helicopter will waste no time searching for them because they will be just what they need to be HIGHLY VISIBLE! The pants dont feel too special and honestly dont really have to be but the jacket is high quality and not just a yellow trash bag. Those just dont hack work in the woods where rips and tears and million different accidents just walking around can happen. Clothes dont last long even when they are made for working in. Of course these arent made super durable but i can feel the quality and that is important. I think these sets are a high quality affordable option that i can feel good about them wearing out there. You can go blind looking at these! I know if something was to happen they will be seen quick enough to get out of the brush and into the air for a better shot at survival when every second counts. I have seen several close calls with family and friends being heart flighted and i can give you 5 examples right now of situations most people wont ever have to know. You dont want them working all day cold and wet in the rain but you want to know they are as visible as they can be.

[Size: Large-X-Large, Color: Yellow, Size: Large-X-Large, Color: Yellow]
The Soigcor Hi Vis Rain Suit delivers in every way. It's an excellent rain suit made with quality materials and a practical design. The maker didn't scrimp on features that make the outfit comfortable to wear, effective in providing protection in rain & wind, with outstanding visibility. Why buy THIS rain suit?- It's made with 300D Oxford fabric. As a result it is substantial & durable without being heavy or stiff. It can be wiped clean, is machine washable, & it's resistant to stains.- It's flexible and moves with you, making it comfortable to wear for long periods. The suit claims to be breathable but I'd describe breathability as "adequate." The net lining in the jacket helps, but wearing the suit, a person soon feels warm from the captured body heat.- It has great features. I especially like the Velcro wind flap that covers the zipper; the elastic gathers along with Velcro cinch flaps at wrist & ankle points; and plenty of large pockets - including an internal pocket. The suit has a smooth operating, heavy duty zipper. The collar is upright, providing optimal wind & rain protection and the hood fits nicely into the collar - held in place with Velcro tabs until needed.- The suit has absolutely excellent visibility. The suit is bright yellow with multiple 2" wide reflective stripes on the jacket (front and back) and on the legs and those stripes are trimmed with bright red edging. The Soigcor rain suit is made to go over clothing so the sizes run just a tad large. I normally wear extra large and ordered the L/XL size suit. The arms & legs are just a tad on the long side for me; the suit itself is roomy but just about right. This is a practical, well-made rain suit with a lot of high-end features at a mid-range price.
