Make a little longer would be better

This is far less expensive to use than to replace a bad section on a privacy fence.Worked on the few posts that rotted at the base.Since my fence is 14 years old, I bought more to put on all the posts to be proactive.Seems to be hold nicely.I waited to install these after some rains so the ground was softer and they would be easier to pound into the ground. I used a small 4x4 piece of fence post to pound the piece into the ground and jot hit the metal itself. Since I could not use the screws supplied, I went to a hardware store and bought 6 inch screws that would go through the board any 2x4 support or space and still anchor into the 4x4 post.

I had 3 broken fence post that would’ve taken me a full weekend to dig out and replace. I purchased these and repaired all three posts in an hour and they’re very durable, heavy weight. Stability is great! I would highly recommend these to anybody that’s having issues with their fence post easy fix. Definitely valve for the money!

These work but the metal is thin and bends/breaks as you hammer them in. I would suggest that you look for a stronger product. They work, but just not the best.

Strong and well-built repair kit. The steel is heavy-duty and made my damaged post solid again. Easy to install and a great alternative to replacing the whole post.

Easy to put the two parts together. Was able to easily drive this into the ground with a rubber mallet (I'd encourage you to wear some ear protection during this process). This quickly addressed one of our posts that rotted at the base and was causing the fence to sag. Didn't need to drill pilot holes to anchor the brace but that may be due to the age of the post. Overall, this project took under five minutes. From a price standpoint, this was the best value and the overall quality of the kit and the sturdiness was very impressive.
