I wanted a ceiling fan for my bedroom with no light and a remote control and this fan definitely meets those requirements. It’s quiet and looks good. I’m not completely happy with the speeds that are available. The fan comes with 6 speeds (do I really need that many for a ceiling fan??) but the lowest speed is quite fast. I would say on my previous 3-speed fans, this would be the middle speed. That means there’s no gentle slow speed that offers mild air circulation. I have contacted the vendor to find out if there’s any way to adjust it.

This is a good fan for the price, even though it doesn’t have a light included. The carved white wood blades are really well done and feel like they were made for a high-end furniture showroom. They look beautiful whether the fan is running or still, and the finish blends seamlessly into modern decor. At 54”, it doesn’t look small or out of place in our large family room. Since it screws on, what I recommend is that you use rubber gloves to get a good grip on it and screw it on as tightly as possible. It may be a good idea to attach it PRIOR to installing the fan to the ceiling to allow you tighten it as much as possible.Overall, this fan combines elegance, efficiency, and quiet performance at a good price. The real wood blades set it apart from typical models, and the airflow is strong yet whisper-quiet. It feels like a good buy in both comfort and style, and I’m very glad I chose it.
