These filters fit perfectly and sealed without any leaks. My refrigerator doesn’t have a water dispenser, so I was a little concerned that the first batch of ice might contain carbon or other material from the new filter. Fortunately, the ice looked completely normal with no noticeable difference in quality. I still tossed the first batch just to be safe.Replacing the filter was extremely easy. I simply removed the old one, installed the new filter, and reset the indicator button on the side of the refrigerator. The whole process took just a couple of minutes.These are also considerably cheaper than the Samsung-branded filters, which makes them a great value. If your refrigerator doesn’t have a water dispenser, you can also get more mileage out of the filter reminder by resetting it several times before actually replacing the filter. I use a dry-erase marker on the inside of the fridge to keep track of when I changed it.Overall, an easy, inexpensive replacement that fits well and works as expected.

If you have one of the compatible models, these refrigerator water filters are decent replacements. I like that this is a three pack so you can swap one out and have multiples on hand for the next replacements instead of trying to remember to order more later.Installing it was easy enough as long as you have the right refrigerator. I would make sure to double check the model number because Samsung filters can be very particular to your model. A filter that 'fits' may not necessarily be the correct filter. Once you get it installed, the water tastes great and you have the peace of mind that the filter is removing chlorine, odor, and anything else you don't want in your ice or drinking water. Water flow is OEM, seals and functions OEM.All in all, this filter set is a great purchase if you have the right Samsung fridge. It's user friendly for installation, provides you with multiples, and is a great way to keep your fridge's water and ice tasting fresh. Great value at the price point.

I'll be honest – I'm usually pretty skeptical about buying replacement filters that aren't OEM. My biggest worry is always that the water will end up tasting weird or that the filter won't properly remove chlorine, leaving that unpleasant chemical aftertaste. But I decided to give this one a shot, and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised.I followed the recommendation to flush about three gallons through it before trying the first glass, and after that, the water tasted about as neutral and clean as you could ask for. No trace of chlorine, no odd plastic or chemical notes, and no visible particles floating around – just crisp, clean water that's perfectly drinkable. I even checked closely and couldn't spot any sediment or fine debris, which has been an issue with some third-party filters I've tried in the past.The fact that it comes in a three-pack is a big plus. Depending on your usage, that's roughly a year and a half supply, which makes it a pretty solid value compared to buying OEM replacements individually. Installation was quick and simple – took maybe ten seconds to pop it in, and it fit perfectly with no leaks.The only thing worth noting is that these filters don't carry NSF 53 certification, which covers reduction of certain contaminants beyond chlorine and sediment. For me, taste was my main concern, and that's been great, but if that specific certification matters to you, it's something to keep in mind. These filters came packaged in a box and each filter is individually shrink wrapped. Also in the box, a set of stickers sheets with all 12 months to put on the filter so you know when it was put in and then a user guide. The user guide has helpful installation Instructions, tips, model compatibility, and things to take notice. These filters are NSF certified, 6 month or 300 gallon filter life, .5 gal/min flow rate, and made in China. My Samsung refrigerator uses Haf-QIN/EXP filters so this matched my needs. Install is the same as other filters, shut off water supply to fridge then turn old filter counter clockwise and pull out and remove old filter. Next unwrap plastic wrap from new filter and unscrew protective cap then insert in and turn clockwise to lock in. You can add a month sticker to exposed part of filter and wipe up any water that dripped. Turn on water supply then as user guide says run the refrigerator for 4 gallons and you at first see dirty/gray water that is normal. The filtered water tastes good with this filter and after a few days I see no leaks. I did a water test strip and added a pic of that to this review.
