I got this as a backup liner for my MDX100 gun, and it looks to be good quality. Length is right, wire feeds smoothly, and welding is identical to oem. The brass end isn't exactly the same, but it works fine anyway. It's a very nice price compared to Miller, so I have no complaints.I like it.

The liner in my welding lead was starting to restrict the wire feed to the extent that my welder was getting difficult to use for any welds longer than half an inch or so. Having diagnosed the issue as being the fault of a worn out liner I ordered this. It looked identical to the original liner, installed in the lead easily, and after installation and cutting the end to the proper length and cleaning up the cut with a cut off wheel and grinder, I got the wire fed through the liner and during a test weld my welder was back to being smooth as could be. This liner fit well and has performed flawlessly so far, I am very happy with it.

Picked this up for my Miller Mig welder and was not disappointed. It has been through only two projects so far but has not left me stranded yet and seems to be working just the same as the original. It is a high quality material that has been heat and wear resistant so far and, Im hoping, should have a long life ahead of it. So far, there has been no wire jamming or even the appearance of a snag or friction. I am sold on this as my alternative to the higher name brands that cost significantly more. I don't see me using anything else unless this somehow starts causing problems down the road.

The liner appears reasonably made and is the correct general length and wire-size range. However, the brass end differs from the original Miller liner. The OEM liner has a sealed brass end with a small wire feed hole, while this replacement has an open end.I am not certain whether this difference will affect installation, wire feeding, or operation, but it is significant enough that this should not be described as an exact OEM-style replacement. Compare it carefully with your original liner before installing.

This Miller .030-.035 liner is a great replacement or insurance policy for your MIG welder. It installs easily, runs smoothly and is invaluable when your existing liner gets kinked, snagged or fouled. This Mig Liner for the Miller Acculock MDX100 Mig gun is virtually identical to the one that Miller sells with no visible or fitment differences that I can find. Installation was no different and fitment was normal as expected and it functions as its supposed to with no issues running mig wire through it during Mig Welding processes. A comparable alternative to the OEM brand especially if there is a significant price different or you are unable to obtain the original. Great to know there are alternate sources for this very necessary part.
