door shuts nicely not too hard and not so little it won't close

[Size: 4 Inch, Color: Gold-3 Pack]
4" fit perfect and was very easy to install and adjust. Remember a couple of things, Allen hole up and adjust in the direction you want the door to move, from the right. PS these are usually required on doors from the gauge to house. (Fumes of corse)

Closes/latches the garage door without the stiffness of a closer

[Size: 4 Inch, Color: Gold-3 Pack]
We got an above door closer for our porch door, and it made the door too hard for our smaller children to open the door.We opted for these hinges for our garage door which was heavier, but the hinges latch the door just fine.We have a 90° closing door and used 3 notches to close and latch the door, as four seemed too strong and aggressively shut the door fast. We were worried about little fingers getting pinched. The hinges are a good weight and much more robust than the existing hinges that were installed on our door.Installing them was simple. I replaced them one at a time starting from the center, using long wood screws to hold the weight of the door, and the top and bottom hinges I used the included wood screws that match the hinges.Be sure to hold the weight of the door and attached to the door first and then line the door up and screw the hinge into the frame, to ensure the weight hangs correctly ao the door will shut.Good value, does the job, slightly better quality than expected.Fit without me having to chisel out the hinge area, but I did use a rubber mallet to help make sure the thicker plates seared well.

Perfect Fit! Perfect Product! High Quality!

[Size: 3.5 Inch, Color: Gold-3 Pack]
Absolutely Perfect! I was concerned over the size difference but it fit exactly in place from old hinges. Extremely easy to adjust tension too. We needed an auto close door to the basement as our older dog started peeing down there and this solved all our problems. Kids now don't have to worry about leaving the door open. Very high quality with plenty of spare pins for the future if any fall out, which I don't think would happen but good to have in any case. Highly recommend.

Could not get to function properlyCould not get to function properly

[Size: 4 Inch, Color: Gold-2 Pack, Size: 4 Inch, Color: Gold-2 Pack]
A while back I upgraded my upper deck screen door to self closing hinges and I decided to upgrade my downstairs back porch screen door. I selected the ISOKER self closing door hinges with adjustable tension for this project. The upgrade on my upper deck was easy, I just replaced the old hinges with the new, adjusted and removed the spring closure.Trying the same approach downstairs, I removed the old hinges and installed the new one on the top ,making sure everything worked. It didn’t, and my door only opened 1/3 of the way. Removing the screws from the hinge, I opened the door and I noticed the screw hole openings in the hinge moving across the face of the door. With a screw in place, this was causing the door to bind.Thinking the problem my be the lack of a gap between the door and the jam, I removed the door and reinstalled with a ½” gap for the hinges. This time the door would open and close properly. I could deal with the gap by installing a furring strip on the inside. Then I started the process of adjusting the spring tension on the hinges following the included instructions. I adjusted the hinge to its full compression and the door would not close on its own from the hinge tension.Trying to resolve the issue I check my upper door. I did not have a gap in the door and there was still an amount of tension adjusted left. Trying to get more tension on my lower door, I bent the pin that holds the adjustment.Frustrated, I remove the hinges, reset my door to is original install and put the spring back on.I have no idea why the other hinges worked and these did not
