Great price, easy install but no double sided tape to put them down. Had to go buy sone

I bought separate tape because I thought 'don't trust included tape tiles, that's crazy.' I thought after laying them out with tape I'd do the last few tiles in a closet with the tape included since the tiles were so great. Bad idea.Every. Single. Tape included was worthless. unusable. Separation was impossible.Tiles are fine, they cut easy for shaping, but get heavy duty tape.

This is a set of 24 20” square carpet tiles. The carpet is similar to a Berber texture and the tiles seem to be durable. I found these to be very easy to install using carpet tape, otherwise the tiles seem will slip around. The green color is actually more of a grayish green, but that is fine as it still blends into my decor, but there is very little green in it. The back of the tiles feels like a thicker felt. The carpet is thin, but has a little bit of cushion to it and will works well to carpet an area in my partially finished basement. The tiles look very nice and go together neatly as they are cut straight. Overall, these tile are a good value for the money.

Honestly I was so stressed these would slide all over my concrete patio. But connecting the corners with those adhesive stickers actually keeps them from shifting (for what it's worth). Saw a similar patio project on TikTok recently and figured why not try it myself. Having a big concrete patio means I always need easy solutions. The setup here was a huge relief since I am not very handy. Like, zero skills.The blue grey color is weirdly utilitarian, it hides dirt really well. Are they exactly the same as those expensive name brand modular squares that cost a fortune? I dunno. I went back and re-read the listing because I was sure I missed some catch for the price, but I didnt. They are a solid alternative, or maybe that's just me. And if one gets stained, which is bound to happen, you can just swap that single tile out. I have been rearranging my outdoor space lately and they happened to fit a weird gap near the door perfectly. Though now I'm staring at the rest of the yard wondering if I need to level it.This turned out to be a fast and flexible upgrade that looks surprisingly clean. They are definately worth the asking price of 158 dollars. I'm still keeping an eye on how the edges hold up to foot traffic over the next few weeks though.

The floor in our utility room is basic plywood subfloor that is covered in stains from water leaks. I wanted to make it look nicer but also didn't want to spend a lot of money or have a product that would be an issue if a water heater did leak and the drain pan didn't catch all of it. So, I thought these inexpensive carpet squares would be a good way of accomplishing that.I've used the big brand mail-order carpet tiles before and liked the idea that individual tiles can be swapped out if needed and that installation can be easily handled by a homeowner with no special tools. These KKBMQ carpet tiles aren't on the same level as the big brand tiles, but at a cost of less than $3 per tile, they're a whole lot cheaper than the big brand tiles (which start at about $15 per tile and can easily be $30 or more per tile).Overall the quality of these tiles seems good. I can't comment on their long-term durability, though they seem like they should hold up. They're fairly thin and are meant to be installed directly over a hard sub floor (i.e. no carpet pad underneath), so don't expect these to add a lot of cushioning to your floor. As such, I wouldn't necessarily recommend these for use in a bedroom or family room where you want the soft comfort of traditional carpet. The look is also more utilitarian, but would be well suited for an office where the low pile would make it easy for office chairs to roll on the carpet tiles. The heathered grey look of the "Smoke Grey-02" color that I ordered is a nice medium grey with enough variation that it should help hide dirt and wear. These carpet tiles would also be perfect for closets, storage areas, a 3 season room or other such spaces.The 32 pieces in this set stacked together measure about 6.25" high, so each piece is about 0.2" high, as advertised in the product listing. Note that while the product headline says these are 20x20 inch tiles, that is a nominal size; the actual size is just a hair of 19-5/8", so fairly close to the 19.69" shown in one of the product listing photos. Based on the 32 tiles and the actual dimensions, I think the product listing's claimed 86 square feet of coverage is accurate. The carpet tiles come with 40 adhesive "stickers" that are used to hold the corners together to form a larger "rug". You can cut them in half to use on the edges where only two carpet tile corners come together, so I think that number should be adequate for most typical tile layouts.Overall, based on the excellent value they offer and the reasonable initial quality, I'd say that these are an excellent option for a more utilitarian floor upgrade.
