Bathroom Exhaust Fan

I wanted to replace a bathroom fan in a spare bathroom but the house has really poor attic access over the area in question. Fans like these that allow installation from inside the bathroom are a dream come true for this situation. It's a small guest bathroom so the 70 CFM spec is fine . The fan is solidly built and made with durable materials. It's 7.5" x 7.25" and 4" tall with a 3" exhaust. The fan is a pretty straight forward installation but definitely hire someone if you are not comfortable working with basic electrical tasks. The instructions are decent if you're a first timer and there's always a million youtube tutorials to help fill the gaps if you need it. The fan seems like it is more noisy than 1.5 Sones but it could just be me. It's not bad at all though. Just be sure not to drop or bang around the fan during installation because you might damage the alignment of some of the rotating parts and that will effect the noise level the performance and the long term reliability of the fan. The fan cover/plastic vent fits snugly, covers the install area and looks nice. I don't have anything that lets me check the CFM but it passed the "hold tissue paper next to the vent" test really well-Sucked it up pretty swiftly to the fan cover. There isn't a shower or tub in this bathroom so I can't give any judgement about keeping mirrors from fogging up. I can say that it has good performance for getting rid of the air after someone uses the bathroom. It's like night and day compared to when there was no fan (when the prior fan stopped working). It's hard to get excited about a vent fan. It's a decently made fan that feels solid, runs reasonably quietly and moves air well. All for a reasonable price (especially if you can install it yourself). I would recommend it if your bathroom is the right size for it.

I got this to replace an old exhaust fan in the powder room. It is easy to install and mount it. It is very quiet and makes it great for the powder room. Airflow is great as I tested with a tissue paper. Unit is built well and of high quality steel inside. It comes with grill and all the required items to install. Once installed it blends well and looks great. It is a great value for money and also great replacement for old exhaust fan.

We were in need a replacement for our current bathroom fan, and this one ended up fitting perfectly. The installation was quicker than I thought it would be, and it looks great once installed. It created great airflow once turned on, and it wasn't too loud but still provided a small amount of noise which I personally prefer. Overall, this is a very affordable option if you need to install a bathroom exhaust fan.

This fan should be quieter than your builder-grade Broan/Nutone, because it exhibits no "60-cycle hum."Unfortunately, as you can see in the video, this blower wheel doesn't spin "true." The imbalance imparts a minor but noticeable vibration on the entire unit. I'm afraid this will result in an annoying rattle once the unit is installed with its plastic grille in a drywall ceiling. So I can't bring myself to remove a working (but not very quiet) fan to install this one, which I'm not confident will be any quieter.I gave 3 stars because it seems at least as good as a builder-grade unit and is certainly better than having no fan at all.

This fan is super easy to install and can be done from inside the room. It literally takes minutes and was a quick change for me with a fan that started to lag.
