Usually I leave everything attached to the regulator, etc. and it just looks like a rats nest. With these quick connect fittings for my torches and hoses, it's easy to change them out, organize the torches, etc. No leaks, I have a sniffer and have found no issues using these fittings.

Over years of welding, I wondered, why would anybody need quick disconnects on hoses and handles. But once I got my first set, I soon discovering the convenience in utility of being able to break down my gas welding rig, and store the pieces in a more protective manner. I also have two different size handles that I often go back and forth with. I have a normal medium general purpose torch, and a smaller fine tip torch, which since I’ve got it, I find I use more and more. These are nice QD connectors that are leak free and easy to operate with one hand. In fact, I like them so much this is my second set.

These are good quality and well built. The seals and knurling seem better quality than name brands. We used them for our oxy acetylene torch, we put the green one on the oxygen (as it should be) and we used the red to connect to either acetylene or propane, allowing us to quickly switch between the two. Because oxy acetylene torches can be run on propane which is a lot cheaper. The color coding is convenient so you won't confuse your lines. Teflon tape was included which is a nice touch, and we had no leaks when we used them. There's not much downside to these other than having to wait a few days for them to arrive.

These QDB10 9/16" connectors are an excellent way to swap out from your welding torch to a cutting torch (requires 2 sets). These are designed with durable internal check valve structure for long-term stable working performance.The one-touch assembly structure for effortless setup without professional tools; simply align the plug and socket, press the two parts tightly until the color-coded sleeve on the socket slides forward and fully locks in place; perform a gentle pull test on the hose after installation to confirm tight and stable connection. These are color coded, but also sized differently between the oxygen and acetylene to prevent mixing the sides. This is a very high quality fitting, and a good value for the price.

These fittings are made from brass and the machining in good and clean. They were easy to connect to my welding setup and I haven't found any leaks. These fittings are color coded which helps to prevent incorrect installation. I am very pleased with the performance of these quick connect fittings and I can certainly recommend them. I think that these brass fittings are good value for the price.
