Not only were the quick to respond, but also followed up to provide updates and to confirm everything was working as it should. Great communication and support.In regards to the fan itself, it looks great, is super quiet, and cools down my office even on the hottest days!

Needed a low profile fan to replace an old one. Sleek lines give this one a modern feel. Silent running and the remote control is a bonus! The electrician said it had one of the best “housing” units for installation. Very pleased.

Design-wise, I like the marriage of aesthetic look meets the now-returning wood look. I've installed several fans and they all have gone LED, and I like that (even so they also offer them) that it had an option without the light. Just simple airflow and pulling from that 70s woodsy look without that weird look that old fans have.Install is pretty straightforward if you have some idea of what you're doing. The instructions will fill in a lot of gaps for you, as will the way the pieces fit together so you're not constantly holding up a whole unit trying to get it attached to the ceiling while your wires are sliding out of some wire nut. This is a friendly install.The airflow is good. You may notice that it isn't shaking like your ceiling is about to come down, nor are there chains clanging against the shroud all night. The overall sound is quieter than what I'm coming from.It looks like a quality fan, and it is. You could charge more if it had a name brand that people know. The remote is pretty simple so if this is going in a room where guests stay, they aren't losing sleep trying to figure it out all night.Great value for the money
