The water pressure is strong with a smooth flow that doesn't splash all over the place. And being able to bend it and it stay in place is simply genius! It also has a nice sylicone finish that gives it a high quality look and feel.

This faucet was really easy to install. Once I got the old one off, which was more of a headache than I thought it would be, but that was a problem with that faucet, not this one. I love this one. The attachment was easy; what I learned just today is called a quick-connect water line that twists up into the stem of the faucet. I really only know that because it coincides with my one complaint. And again, not sure whether it's a "This Dang House" problem or a faucet problem. But the water lines that were provided with the faucet were about 4 inches too short. So it was off to find a solution. I had a choice: go to the expensive local hardware store that is 2 minutes away or take the 20-minute drive to the bigger box hardware store in the next city. I wanted to finish and be done with this after all this. So I went to the 2-minute-away place... $40 later, with the wrong part, and having found out they closed 5 minutes before I returned, I am headed to the next city 20 minutes away with attitude and irritation just to have the new guy tell me, "Here, take these," for $7 and his helpful advice about turning the junk I won't be able to return to the first place into a water fountain. I am back on the floor with my upper half stuffed into a cabinet, connecting this to that, and tada! I have a new faucet! It's so pretty! The water comes out the way it's supposed to. The hose makes it easy to move and focus the water where you need it. It has a single smooth handle, and the whole thing is matte black. Very fancy looking and elegant. It seems durable and sturdy, and I am so very pleased with this product. And I can definitely tell you the hardware that holds the base to the sink was 1000% superior to the old one. which I had to have some crazy-looking wrench to get off, but still ended up having to dremel drill cut to get off due to corrosion. Just chalk it up to "House Repair #387—the time I dropped a garbage disposal on my head."

When I opened the package, I was immediately greeted with instructions. Nice! But the instructions are just pictures. Uggh!They are marketing this faucet to many different nationalities and they have required specs and maintenance info in five different languages. But the instructions are just pictures. *sigh*Underneath the instructions were a white pair of cotton/fabric gloves. Uhm...? Okay.The faucet was in a white fabric bag. Then a layer of cardboard separated the parts - the hot water hose and the cold water hose. They are color coded - red for hot, blue for cold. There is a little zip bag that has an Allan key, two O rings, and funky little screws.I am surprised that there is no plumber's tape. Most DIY plumbing kits come with a little roll of it...The faucet, itself, is very heavy. It feels like a quality item. The on/off lever is marked with red and blue dots to remind you which way is hot and which direction is cold. The lever has a good friction amount, but I was surprised that it wasn't more stiff. Usually, it takes a while to break in. I am concerned that this will loosen with time, and it is perfect right now.The hoses are much smaller than American hoses. I think I need an adapter for each hose to connect to my house lines.My family members think they are funny. And sometimes they are just clueless, too. This flexible faucet is going to be an issue... my people are going to have a stiff learning curve about not leaving it in odd or unusual positions when they have to clean up the messes that they make / clean up after the pranks that they pull.While I can definitely see the value in having a flexible faucet, I am much more used to the kind where the sprayer pulls out... that is very handy in filling the dog's water dish on the other side of the countertop. This faucet bends, but does not pull out.In the title, it says "pull down kitchen sink faucet" but I think that is a mis-translation. The faucet does not pull down... the handle does.Oh. I found out what the gloves are for. They are to protect your hands against the really sharp threads in the large cylinder around the hoses. Yup - I cut myself.Do you remember the story about the Chevy Nova not selling well in Spanish speaking countries? Nova translates to No go. Who wants a car that says it doesn't go! Well, this faucet is called Koottie. Lots of fun to be had with this one!

This is one of the coolest kitchen faucets I've ever had. I am that person that during a remodel will use a kitchen faucet for a bathroom in order to have some version of a sprayer for cleaning... So this was an absolute no-brainer for me. I'm so thankful that it delivered and met all my expectations.Some of the things I like about it are the texture and feel of the silicone is smooth and not sticky. Some silicone things can have a tackiness to them that's obnoxious to clean.I love the flexibility and bendability of the hose ... There are so many different positions that you can put this in, which makes it ideal for a smaller sink. You can raise it up high or drop it down low depending on if you have a vessel sink or a standard deep sink. The particular version I got does not have a pull out sprayer or a sprayer that changes its flow but that was one of the options when selecting a model. But I found that I didn't need a pull out sprayer with how flexible the hose was.There's nothing about installation that was a surprise, if you've installed any form of sink before this one will come naturally to you. I do feel like the parts are pretty durable. I will note that it does not come with a t-bar support for the top of your sink like some kitchen sinks do. If your sink is supportive enough you won't need one. Some people like the look of them better. I unfortunately have to use one to cover the hole on the top of my sink that was made from the previous faucet not having a good clean cut through the granite.... But this came as described and I didn't expect to receive one... I don't think you'll be disappointed with this faucet. The only reason I could see someone not liking it is if they had a really large sink and needed something more heavy duty...From the modern design to the user friendly capabilities, I am fully e impressed
