These are perfect for my chairs. They're a little snug, so you have to stretch them over the chair feet, but they stretch enough to go on easily and then fit securely. Once they're installed, they stay in place nicely. The Teflon pads slide extremely easily, which is exactly what I wanted for my floors. The chairs move effortlessly without having to lift or drag them. However, I think there's an important safety consideration depending on what type of floor you're using them on.I really should be using the Teflon versions on carpet rather than hard flooring. They slide so easily that I wouldn't want a chair unexpectedly moving while I'm sitting in it. For laminate or other hard floors, I'd probably choose the felt version instead. The felt should still allow the chairs to move while providing more resistance. That said, I haven't had any problems with the Teflon pads themselves. They fit well, stay attached to the chair feet, and have worked exactly as expected. They also look great. Since the pads are clear, they don't stand out or detract from the appearance of the chairs or the table. They're much less noticeable than some of the larger, more obvious furniture glides I've used.Overall, I think these are an excellent product. Just make sure you choose the right material for your flooring. If you want your chairs to slide easily, these Teflon pads do an excellent job.

This review is for Chair Leg Sliders for Carpet, Upgraded Silicone Furniture Teflon Slider CapsI got these teflon coated slider caps for my countertop height stools. What I appreciate most about these slider caps is that they are square shaped. You see, I previously ordered some generic chair leg sliders that were round shaped. Yes, they did fit over the square legs of the stools, but over time they all split along the corners of the legs. These chair leg sliders from the ProtStorLife Store are made to fit square chair legs, so will be much more durable and less likely to split.I also like that the silicone is (1) clear so the appearance of the natural wood color of the legs comes through the covers and (2) are stretchy allowing them to easily be applied to the legs with enough adhesion to avoid sliding off. The teflon coating of the pad enables the stools to still move smoothly across the floor without scraping or scratching it.Overall, this package of 32 covers that can be used with stools, chairs, tables, and many other pieces of furniture is a version good value for the price, which was around $25 when I placed my order for the large square size covers.

These ProtStorLife Clear Chair Leg for Carpet, Upgraded Silicone Furniture Teflon Slider Caps can be used for many chair designs. The material fit is tight and secure. They feel thick and durable. Once on the chair leg, they work well. The two things to note are that they need to be the right size for your chair leg. If they are too small, they may be a struggle to get on. The other thing is that they are shorter, so they could have kept the same grip strength and made them come up higher on the chair, giving an even more secure feel. Aside from those issues, these sliders offer good stability at a good price and will last a long time on your chair.

š+ Chair Leg Sliders for Carpet,Upgraded Silicone Furniture Teflon Slider Caps,Specially Designed to Protect Carpet & Smooth Effortless Glide (Square-L (1-1/4" to 1-13/16"), Clear 16pcs) (Square-L (1-1/4" to 1-13/16"), Clear 16pcs)I realize this may sound incredibly lazy, but hear me out. I have an adjustable bed frame, and when I adjust the bed, my nightstand suddenly isn't where I need it anymore. My water bottle ends up behind me, along with anything else I wanted within reach. With my back pain and nighttime/morning routines, being able to move that nightstand a little while I'm actually in bed makes a difference.I tried two different kinds of wheels. They sort of worked, but not well enough to move the nightstand across my medium-pile apartment carpet from the bed, which defeated the whole purpose. I also really didn't want to buy one of those big, expensive plastic chair mats just to move a nightstand a foot or two. These have been the best solution so far. They slipped over the feet of my nightstand and allow me to gently glide it across the carpet enough for me to reposition it without getting up. And yes, I tested them on my hard floors too, where they worked even smoother and easier - which is a good thing to know, cause I would have thought they might have made moving on hardwood harder. Being a nice 16-piece set leaves plenty for other furniture, so if you had multiple uses in mind, know they can help on both carpet and hard floors!Sometimes the simplest little thing solves a ridiculously specific problem.p.s. the photo's are of the sliders on my kitchen chair on the carpet and on the laminate flooring. I used these photo's cause 1) this is how I initially tested them out because my chairs are light and easy to move 2) their color makes it easier for you all to see the product (and how 'invisible' the sliders can be if your not looking for them) and 3) because taking a useful photo of them on the nightstand just didn't exist - the the images are just too dark to be useful even if auto adjusting the image - and what good is a photo if it's not useful?

I'm moving from a place that has plank flooring under my chairs, to a place that has carpet. I wanted to get something to protect my carpet from the wear and tear of moving the chairs all the time. These chair leg slider caps work very well. They are made of silicone and are clear in color, so they just blend into the chair leg and are not too noticeable. They are very easy to put on, they stretch enough to get it over the leg, and then they fit in place. There is a smooth pad on the bottom that makes them glide over the carpet well. My chair leg is not a perfect square, it leans a bit more rectangular, and these still fit. Some other brands that I have used in the past have split open because of the shape of my chair leg. So far that has not happened with these. They seem to be larger than others so there is room to fit them on and have them stay in place. I haven't had any issues with them coming off at all. Before I moved, I put these on my chairs and used them on the plank floors. They worked well on those too, so I would assume they can be used for both hardwood or carpet. I like that they are so versatile.

Used on oddly shaped iron feet on stool legs that made placement on carpeting easy to level with less severe carpet creasing.

I ordered the large square sliders for my bar stools, and they fit the legs very well. The silicone stretches enough to go over the ends while still maintaining a firm, snug grip. Iām glad I selected the large size because the fit is already fairly tight; the smaller option may not have stretched comfortably over my stool legs.Once installed, the clear material is not overly noticeable and does not take away from the appearance of the stools. The secure fit is especially important for furniture that is moved regularly because loose caps can easily twist or fall off. These feel more fitted than basic adhesive pads and should also help provide a protective barrier between the stool legs and the carpet. The 32-piece package is a practical quantity. I had enough for all of my bar stools with plenty left over in case any become worn, damaged, or need to be replaced later. My main recommendation is to measure the legs carefully and consider sizing up when the measurement is close to the upper end of a smaller size range. Overall, these fit my stools well and provide good value for the quantity.

I've casually been looking for chair leg "covers" for our kitchen chairs for a while now, but kind of gave up because to me it seemed like nobody made any kind of covers for rectangle chair legs. I thought that odd, but whatever. I always have a running list of household things I need for our family, so I kind of keep those chair leg protectors in the back of my mind when I'm scrolling through Amazon, and I'm glad I do, because I ran across these recently and ordered them immediately. Glad I did, too, because they fit like a glove - a silicone glove, actually. And to be honest and further admit my stupidity here, I did not realize I was ordering SLIDING covers for these chairs. I honestly just needed something to protect my four kitchen chairs from further scratching our old farmhouse floors, which have been around for over 100 years. I've nailed and/or stuck a dozen sets of felt or other type pads on these and predecessor chairs over the years we've lived in this house, but still, the floor has gotten scratched from the kids (and husband) carelessly scooting those chairs all over the floor. It just about tears me up to hear a chair move now. I'm completely traumatized, frankly, to hear a chair move across a hardwood floor, to be honest. Then I got these "silicone furniture teflon slider caps." I had no idea what that even meant, but I slid them on all four chairs anyway. And I do hate to sound like an infomercial babe - I mean that in all sincerity - but when I slid the first chair just a tiny little bit to see what happened, I was stunned. It really did just glide on the floor! No sound at all. No damage. No nothing. It just slid like it was on a water slide. I was freaking amazed. I didn't alert the media or call my husband and make him listen or anything. I was just impressed, that's all. And I'm pleased to report that my stomach has finally unclenched after many years of frustrating sounds coming from under our kitchen table. It's like going from listening to Godzilla movies to listening to Swan Lake. Okay, maybe that's a little dramatic, but if you had to mop your kitchen floor like I do, you'd appreciate this! It makes a difference, trust me. If you can relate, you need to buy some of these in the appropriate shape and size of the offending chairs or whatever. You won't be sorry.
