These are very nice looking landscape spotlights. They feel solid and well made, and nothing about them feels cheap or flimsy.The aluminum housings have a substantial feel that gives me some confidence they should hold up well outdoors. The adjustable heads are also useful for aiming the light exactly where you want it.Installation looks straightforward, although these do require a compatible 12V low-voltage system and transformer, which are not included.At around $33 for two lights, I think the value is there.I would recommend them for highlighting trees, walls, landscaping, or other outdoor features.

Funcionan con un sistema de bajo voltaje de 12V AC y 20W y proporcionan una iluminación muy buena para resaltar árboles, plantas, fachadas y otras áreas del exterior.La estructura se siente resistente y, una vez instalados, quedan firmes y se integran muy bien con el jardín. This STAR 12V AC 20W landscape spotlight (G4 halogen) worked perfectly for highlighting a tree. The design is simple but well‑made, and the overall quality feels solid—especially for the lower price. Installation was easy, and it ended up being an ideal replacement for a fixture that was damaged during a landscape project.The lights look great, are easy to aim, and the included 20‑watt bulbs—while on the lower side—can be swapped out without any trouble. One helpful tip: make sure the line connections are tight, as halogen and low‑voltage setups can be a bit sensitive. Once everything was secured, the lights made an immediate impact.A clean, reliable spotlight that delivers exactly what you need for accent lighting.

I liked these landscape lights due to their size, ease of use and the fact that they are led.It is a little difficult to connect the main line with these lights, so my recommendation is to use a plier to press down firmly on the main wire (make sure there is no power), then close the black housing and press it firmly with a plier and then tighten the screw. These lights are good quality and you are able to adjust the angle as needed. They project light very well and make your landscape look pretty.

These Golden Star Low Voltage Spot Lights are fabulous. The quality is excellent. The color is a beautiful warm and very bright, the Kelvin tone 2700k so it's perfect with all my existing landscape lights. The style is classic and clean with a dark matte black finish. The color and small size makes the lights very discreet and they blend away into the plant beds. And they really outperform larger spot lights. Being smaller than some of the other spot lights does not take away their brightness. The body of these spot lights are a durable metal, along as are the posts as well. The stakes are substantial and sturdy and keep the spot lights stable and straight. The price is great and the installation was simple using the provided clip connectors, just need a screwdriver to open the connectors clip. Once it is open, lay the wire inside the track and screw it closed. As you tighten the screw the metal spikes will pierce the wires. I wish the wire was slightly longer, so I run it further away from the wire that we already have placed in the yard. Overall, I am very pleased with these lights and I am looking to purchase several more. I would definitely recommend these to anyone looking to add light, security, or just highlight the perfect tree or create a focal point.

These are nice, well -constructed landscape lights. All metal, including the ground stake, with a glass lens. Lights like this are infinitely better than cheap plastic solar lights. Of course, there is a bigger up-front investment in fixtures, wiring, transformer and installation, but the end result is worth it.One thing to note though: these are NOT LED lights, the bulbs are halogen. I missed that when I ordered these, and honestly, I didn't think anyone was even making halogen lights anymore.I really cannot fathom any reason why you'd want to use halogen bulbs. They have a relatively short lifespan, they consume far more energy than their LED equivalents, they emit a lot of heat, and they require a larger transformer and larger wire size than their LED equivalents.If you buy these lights, I'd throw away the bulbs and purchase equivalent LED bulbs. The included bulbs emit 145 lumens and consume 20 watts (according to the description). Equivalent G4 LED bulbs come 2 watts and emit 200 lumens. Brighter and 1/10th the energy usage. In addition, halogen bulbs have an average lifespan of about 2,000 hours while an equivalent LED bulb should last at least ten times as long. It's a no-brainer. There's just no reason to use halogen lamps anymore, except in very specific use cases. Maybe these fixtures are just old leftover stock.Having said all this, there's nothing at all wrong with these fixtures, and replacement LED bulbs are pretty inexpensive and at around $16 each for the 2-pack or $12.50 for the 8-pack, the price is good.

I ordered these outdoor lights to add to my existing landscape lights. Unfortunately, after installing them I was unable to use them. First, i could not get the covers to close over the existing landscape wire. The instructions say you can use 12/14/16 gage wiring and mine is 14 but for some reason the covers wouldnt close completely. With the help of a friend, I could get them to close enough to trigger the lights on but could not leave them open. The tiny screws were very hard to turn and the tiny little metal nut falls out easily so be careful that you don't lose it. Even worse, the wire started to SMOKE near where I had connected one of the lights! I'm not sure why, but I was not going to take any chances with fire so I immediately turned the power off and disconnected both lights.As for the lights themselves, they have warm white 12V spotlights. They are halogen light bulbs so they would be bright. The exterior is a matt black finish which looks nice.They have shields to help direct the light/beam. I will say I was impressed to finally get lights that had metal stakes and not the cheap plastic ones that many have these days. This makes them very stable. I would consider these to be a good value if they were able to be used on your landscape wire. I hope to be able to use them on a different wire so for now, I will give them 3 out of 5 stars.
