Perfect edge banding
[Color: Birch, Size: 1-1/2 in x 25 ft]
Worked great. Ironed on so easily. Trimmed with a utility knife.

Used this on some garage cabinets and made them look really nice. Easy to use, just iron it on, and with an edge banding cutter tool and a very quick sanding they come out perfect. Seems to adhere well, as its been a few months and no part of it is coming off, took finish just as well as the plywood did so it looks pretty seamless with the birch ply I used. Overall I'll buy this again when I run out, which I havent yet since 50ft is more than I was expecting. For under twenty bucks its a great value I think.

I took a piece of scrap plywood along with an iron and edge banded about 1.5 feet. the banding glued on there easily and once dried, was secure. then used a knife to cut along the edges and was left with a perfectly edge banded piece of plywood.this is a bit thicker than standard edge banding which allows for 3/4 plywood banding. works great!

I'm testing a short piece of this edging on a piece of plywood. The plan is to spiffy up the exposed cabinet shelf edges in (1) the bathrooms and then (2) the kitchen.(I probably don't need to emphasize this but) remember to wear gloves. The beautiful birch is real wood and so it's splintery. It will also take a stain (but I think the light natural color of the birchwood is lovely just as it is). You'll need a regular iron (on the high setting), and I used an old cloth along with the iron to protect the wood from (maybe) scorching. And then a stable, flat work spot. Scissors (or a blade) too, just in case.I'm letting the glue set up as I write this review. So far, it seems to adhere evenly. I even took the 90 degree corners without cutting the edging to see what might happen. It's moldable, just as advertised. The plywood's overall look is so much improved that now I have to think of something to use it for. It looks so good. A definite upgrade. So easy. And there is a label inside that says the actual length carries a bonus of 7.5 extra inches of product on my 50 foot roll. Lovely.

The reason I gave this item four stars, is because the adhesive that is on the back of the Birch Edge Banding didn't stick was well as I had hoped it would! When I applied the Veneer Edging on a table I was doing, only part of the edging stuck while other parts did not! I even used a hairdryer on the highest settings to get the adhesive to activate but I still had a hard time getting it to apply! This was the only problem I had with this edging, other than that I loved the way the Birch Edging looked around the edge of my table and I found that it was easy to get around corners! It's a light blond birch coloring which goes with about any color! It has that real wood feel to it also! The adhesive was my only disappointment!

This review is for the Birch Edge Banding Veneer Roll – Typically 8 FT or Longer Continuous Segments, 3/4 Inch x 50 FT, Pre-Glued Real Wood, Easy Iron-On for Seamless Pro Cabinetry & Large Furniture Refurbishing... Offered by the KNOXWELL Store:- I'm thoroughly impressed. This product genuinely transformed my wood project from a standard DIY job into something that looks like solid, professional finish- Easy Application, The pre-glued, hot melt adhesive activates perfectly with a standard household iron. I had some initial apprehension about using an iron on my project, but it was straightforward, and the glue bonded quickly and strongly without any issues.- Flexible and Forgiving: I was working with some slightly curved edges, and the veneer's flexibility is excellent; it wrapped around the curves smoothly without any splitting or cracking.- Quality real wood : This is genuine birch wood veneer, not a cheap plastic alternative. The natural wood grain is very nice and offers a high-end look of solid wood.- The banding is finely sanded, which was a huge time-saver. It accepted stain as expected and blended seamlessly with the rest of my project.- The 50 FT continuous length is great for larger projects, meaning fewer splices and a more consistent finish throughout the piece.- It comes at a great value as well, especially when compared to others in this category.- Overall, I highly recommend siht Birch Edge Banding Veneer Roll. It's a durable, cost-effective, and easy-to-use.

I recently received this pre-glued birch edge banding veneer roll and am using it for the pantry shelves we are building for our new coastal home, and it makes a huge difference in the finished look. This is exactly what I needed to clean up the exposed plywood edges and make everything look intentional instead of unfinished. The birch veneer looks natural and smooth and blends well with the plywood once applied. I tested the adhesive first, and it works very well. Application was simple and did not feel intimidating at all. I used a regular household iron set close to the highest setting, worked a few inches at a time, and then firmly went back and forth with a wood block to press it down evenly. The bond set nicely and stayed put without lifting. I really like that this veneer is flexible because it allows you to slightly round corners and still get a clean edge without cracking or fighting the material. That flexibility makes it much easier to work with, especially on shelves where edges are not always perfectly square. The grain looks continuous and clean, which helps it look more like solid wood once finished. After trimming and light sanding, the shelves instantly looked more finished and professional. This is one of those small details that really elevates a DIY build and makes it look custom. For the amount included, the value is very good, especially considering how much it improves the final appearance. This worked exactly as expected and gave me the clean, finished result I was hoping for. I recommend this birch edge banding veneer for cabinetry, shelving, or furniture projects where you want a smooth, finished look without a lot of hassle.
