Lamp shades are so expensive these days so I was really happy to get to try these. They come in a 2 pack so the price is great.You do need to assemble them but it’s not difficult at all.The quality and design of these lamp shades are great. I love the shape, size and look of these.I wanted to get rid of my 15 year old lamps since they look outdated and the giant triangle shaped shades took up too much room.Thought I would give these a try and if I liked them I would keep my lamps.I love my lamps again!!!These shades are so pretty. They are tropical and the colors of the birds and artwork are beautiful but not overdone. They make my lamps look elegant, fancy and brand new.

This set of two tropical rainforest drum lamp shades is absolutely beautiful! I was surprised when I was notified these had been delivered as I was expecting two assembled drum shades. Instead they are somewhat ingeniously constructed and packaged with the hoops and the shade material separated. They're fairly easy to assemble. The shade material has small clips that are used to clip onto the hoops, and the ends have velcro to ensure the shade material stays in place. The material is not fabric but some type of polypropolene pattern material which is glued to a thin plastic liner. The pattern closely matches the ad, including the color. I tend to prefer more green palm tree prints but I like this pattern. These shades are sized perfectly to use on two swing-arm lamps I plan to install in my bedroom. For $33 the price is right.

These shades have a remarkable captive of a 'chilled' appearance of a tropical scheme - this is beautiful. They can add a versatility to a room with a welcoming and useful subdue yet 'reading brightness' levels. Perfect to add to a modern yet boho / romantic tropics atmosphere. The assembly was easy as each grip is firm and stable & they universally fit on most lamp sizings, again choose my fav tall lamp. Great quality, color, an durability and they do not collect dust and oddly - bugs are disinterested in them!

When I first got these in a flat pack box I was very skeptical. I had always purchased lamp shades in stores already assembled so having them arrive not like that I was worried that they wouldn't be good quality but boy was I wrong! The fabric on these looks pretty close to the linen you'd see on the ones in the store at a fraction of the price and they were super easy to put together. I thought they would either be hard to put together or wouldn't be tight enough to look like regular shades but nope. The clips help you guide the fabric along the hoops very easily and the final edge is a kind of velcro that works wonders at holding it together tightly. And the pattern is so cute! Love these lamp shades and so glad that I gave them a try.
