Lovely vanity light. This Asher Hamilton AHV-104AGBKCL 3 Light Monroe Vanity Light is very attractive. The clear glass shades allow for full light transmission, which is good for putting on makeup or shaving. The fixture itself is well designed and has a good attention to detail. It is an easy install with solid instructions. Everything was well packaged and there was no breakage. Everything was included and nothing was missing. This light is a good size to balance a bathroom vanity and brings charm to the space. This light is of an excellent quality and is at a great price point.

I was really happy with the overall look of this wall sconce. The black finish with the antique gold accents gives it a clean, modern look, and the clear glass shade adds a nice touch without being overly decorative.The construction feels solid, and once installed it has a much more premium appearance than I expected.The only thing that caught me off guard was the size. It's a little larger than I anticipated, so if you have lower ceilings or are installing it in a smaller space, it's worth checking the dimensions beforehand to make sure it fits the look you're going for.Overall, it's a very attractive, well-made wall sconce that adds a lot of style to a room. Just be aware that it's a bit larger than it may appear in the product photos.

These will be going in my master bathroom, although I haven't installed them yet.Even so, I was impressed as soon as I opened the box. The fixture is beautiful, feels well made, and the finish looks exactly as pictured. Everything arrived in excellent condition and appears to be quality construction.The installation instructions look straightforward, and I don't anticipate any issues getting them mounted.While the manufacturer describes the style as contemporary, I personally see a strong mid-century modern influence as well, which is exactly what attracted me to them.The antique gold finish paired with the white accents creates a clean, elegant look that feels both classic and current.The size and three-light configuration should provide excellent lighting over a bathroom vanity while also serving as an attractive design element.The price is a little higher than I initially expected, but quality lighting has become expensive in general, and these appear to justify the cost with their design and construction.Overall, these are beautiful, well-made vanity lights that I'm excited to install, and based on my inspection, I would definitely recommend them.

We ordered the Asher Hamilton AHV-104AGBKCL 3-Light Monroe Vanity Light for our new home that we’ll be moving into later this year, and so far we’re really excited about it. The antique gold finish with the black accents gives it a modern but timeless look that feels upscale without being overly flashy. I also love the clear glass shades because they keep the fixture looking open and elegant, and it will emit lots of light which is great for being over a vanity.One of the reasons we chose this vanity light is its versatility. We have several bathrooms in our new house, and I can already think of a couple different spaces where this fixture would work beautifully, from a guest bath to a primary bathroom vanity area. The design seems like it will blend well with both modern and transitional décor styles.I also appreciate that it uses standard E26 medium base bulbs, which gives us flexibility to choose the exact brightness and bulb style we want once installation time comes around. The damp rated construction is another big plus for bathroom use.This fixture looks high quality, stylish, and practical. We’re looking forward to installing it once our home is finished and expect it to add a really polished touch to the space.

I got the 3 light version in white. I had a similar light fixture in my bathroom. After 12 years, it got corroded and funky looking. I needed replacement. This was similar enough looking fixture. The main difference is the the shades on this are metal - totally opaque. I didn't realize that when I ordered this. That said, it was a happy mistake. This fixture is mounted above a white pedestal sink. When I stagger into the bathroom at the butt-crack of dawn, and I flick on the lights, I'm really glad that the bright light is shining into the sink, and onto the walls, but not into my eyes. I used fairly high lumen warm white 60W equivalent LED bulbs. It works really well and I'm pleased with it.Installation is the same as any similar fixture.Fit/finish is good. The fixture is not very heavy - it's kinda flimsy, but it doesn't LOOK flimsy, and who touches a fixture?It's an attractive light, and I really like how it doesn't shine directly at eye level, but only above and below. Great for first light of the morning.The price is in line with comparable lights. I'd like it more if it was less, but it wasn't an unfair price. It's a fair value.I'm giving this 5 stars, but recommending you get it when there's a coupon.

A too-light vanity light system that uses two E26. It has clear glass shades over the E26 sockets. Because of the fact that you’re using clear glass shades, it is important to point out that you should not get what I call an ugly LED manufacturer suggests you can get bulbs up to 60 W, which I always recommend getting the largest, but make certain that you get a bulb that’s attractive to look at because everyone will be able to see the bulb through the glass.I recommend an Edison lightbulb for this type of lighting. The Edison lightbulb is a clear glass bulb, not frosted, and has elements that are easily visible from lockers. The elements used to be tungsten, and after Edison invented the bulb 130 or 140 years ago, we now use LEDs that emulate tungsten. That’s much more attractive for people to see when they’re using this light in your bathroom.With a light of the amount of power that this has, 120 W of LED power is a tremendous amount of weight. I would recommend that you consider using a dimmer switch. And since you know the lightbulbs are not included with this package, I would recommend that you get the dimmer switch and the lightbulbs from the same dealer and get a representation from management there that there will be no flicker or flutter as you dim the lightbulbs using their dimmer switch.If you end up doing the electrical installation yourself, I suggest the following: make sure you turn off the power to the junction box you’re about to start work on, not just at the local switch, but also at the circuit breaker control panel in your home. You must first locate the circuit breaker control panel box, which is usually in the basement, then, with more difficulty, locate the circuit breaker in that box that controls this particular junction box. Once you believe you’ve turned off the correct circuit breaker, you should use an electrical testing device or voltage meter to go and test each and every wire in that junction box to make certain that none of them are still energized.I recommend that whenever you do electrical work, you carry an extra measure of safety. Most licensed electricians do this as well. I carry a red plastic LED indicating an electrical testing device. When I turn it on by pressing the button on top, a red light comes on when I put the tip of the pen near any energized wire, and that’s what it looks like near any energized wire. The light starts flashing, and the device starts tripping audibly like a bird. If I take that same device and place it close to a 220 V dryer machine. The light will flash twice as fast, and the chirping will be twice as fast, warning me of the potential danger. This is an important safety device to have when doing any electrical work.The manufacturer provides very detailed instructions for installing this product, with excellent graphics. Please examine them carefully and follow them as precisely as you can. It is important that when you secure this fixture to the US standard junction box, you make certain that the junction box itself is level to the floor, as when you install the install plate tightly into the junction box, and then install the bracket into the junction box, if it does not level, your fixture will not be level, and you’ll probably have to start over.This is a beautiful picture that will look very well over a vanity, mirror, and sink, and will provide more than adequate light for applying makeup or shaving.
