These UFO LED high bay lights are absolutely amazing, kudos to CLLighting. There are a variety of lights from CLLighting similarly astounding. I already own a few of them.The case is die-cast aluminum for excellent heat dissipation that extends the life of the fixture. It has a high impact rating as well. So while this is an industrial grade device it is also one I'd consider ultra grade for use in certain residential applications. I have installed these in places where I need a lot of illumination and they do an outstanding job. Some have been installed on heavy duty speaker stands that are extremely stable and carry heavy weight but for attaching lighting they are very convenient and reliable. They are easily moved from one spot to another and can be adjusted vertically to cover anything from 4 feet to 9 feet above floor level. With this kind of superior light fixture you get extreme temporary lighting that rivals professional installation.To extract 160lm/W is very efficient conversion, which is how you get 24,000lm out of 150W input power. What that translates to is an 85% savings in electricity consumption to produce that level of light compared to legacy solutions. With a choice of 150W/120W/80W of power and 4000K/5000K/6000K color there are nine different combinations. The 120-degree dispersion angle provides great coverage. I have not yet set up dimming, but if needed that can provide additional variability to the power levels and CCT choices. The plug-in capability allows me to quickly facilitate ad hoc inline or foot switches for simple operation.At $50, currently reduced to $40 via a coupon, this is an extremely versatile and powerful fixture for a reasonable price. A single fixture can light up a 1600 square foot space with brilliant illumination. It can light far more space, it is just that a 40' x 40' is the largest room I have here.

These are incredible. They throw out a ton of light for such a small footprint. I saw a 40' x 72' shop lit very well with only eight 150W UFOs on a 17' tall ceiling.This one is 150W, but it is selectable wattage and support dimming. Great features.I compared it against a 100W model. The coverage is basically the same, but you just get a more light intensity with the 150W model, so higher ceilings need more watts.This model has nice tall heatsink fins. The 100W model has much shorter fins, but it must not need to dissipate near as much heat. Makes sense. I like the tall heatsinks better. They seem more durable too.This is my second UFO. They install really easily. They have a ring eyelet that screws in the back. There is also a safety chain to prevent them falling if the main hanger fails. One thing my first light screwed up on was failing to include a set screw for the eyelet. The eyelet hole is tapped on the side for a set screw, but they didn't give ine on my other brand. Fortunately, this includes a set screw.They are very bright. They function very well in shops of most any size, and they are a great value for the light output. I'm loving them. The only thing that sucks is the hanging hook. It is a open hook with a little screw. I would have much preferred a closed hook with a spring loaded latch. The hook include is garbage. The light is great.

Quality shop light that includes both hook and drop cable mounting options. I prefer the medium white setting myself and have it at full brightness. Everything is exceptionally well made. The sturdy aluminum case and quality lens leads me to believe this should last for a long time. It has a cool matte black industrial look and plenty of cord to reach a ceiling outlet. Installation is straight forward with the included hardware, but you could also mount it to some sort of threaded rod for a more permanent solution. The pricing seems to have come down on these recently so it's definitely a good deal especially with the coupon.

This light is a really good way to light up a dark garage or shop. It is super easy to install. It comes with a hook that threads into the top of the light and hangs from just about any secure mount. The light comes prewired to a standard 110 plug and plugs into an outlet. The light is super bright but runs very cool. You can’t go wrong with this light. With the attached hook it could easily be used for a work light or hang it in a shed, garage, shop. It casts a nice bright white light and covers a large area .

It would be great for any workshop, garage, or large storage space. It’s *super* bright and provides perfect illumination for the lathe. The build quality feels excellent. It feels like a rugged and commercial-grade light. It has a heavy-duty aluminum shell. I haven’t used it rigorously yet, but it is supposed to dissipate heat efficiently and is rated to withstand dusty or humid workspaces.It’s very flexible. It has switches that let you cycle through three different wattage levels and three color temperatures (4000K, 5000K, and 6000K). You can get the exact brightness that you need.Installation is easy. It comes with five-foot power cord and a standard three-prong plug. Hang it and plug it in. That’s why I chose this. I didn’t want to have to wire anything.
