High quiality and exactly what I needed!High quiality and exactly what I needed!

Couldn't be happier with this extension splitter. Its plenty tough, the right gauge for the application, and the price was right. Its been putting up with some pretty heavy abuse and not showing any signs of wear other than the dust its accumulated.I appreciate the little LED inside letting me know that its powered and ready to go. This often saves the time of walking back to the power source to verify and that time adds up.So far, I've used it to power air compressors, power tools galore, and even a washer and dryer when they were being tested - all worked perfectly well without causing any heat in the line or other issues.the 6ft length is great for adding just that little bit more to reach whatever you need it for. The material seems tough and I think this will last long enough to make it worthwhile. The versatility of this splitter pays for itself very quickly.I've paid far more for lower quality splitters in the past, so I've been very pleased with this one.Very easily and highly recommended!!

The Extension Cord That Doesn't Flinch Under a Grill's Full DrawThe Extension Cord That Doesn't F...

[Color: White, Size: 6FT, Color: White, Size: 6FT]
Picked this up specifically to run a Char-Broil grill that draws a serious amount of current through a full cook, and it's the first extension cord in a while that didn't turn into a bad idea by the second use. Other cords lying around the yard get noticeably warm near the plug end under that kind of load - this one has stayed cool to the touch, even after repeated use.The 12-gauge SJTW wire is heavier than what most cords in this price range bother to advertise, and it shows in how little heat builds up under sustained draw. It also happens to line up almost exactly with what Char-Broil's own manuals specify for extension cord use with their grills - 12 or 14 gauge, rated 15 amps or more, UL listed, outdoor rated with a grounded plug - so this isn't a guess-and-hope pairing, it's the spec the manufacturer actually calls for. Three outlets angled differently from each other means bulky plugs don't fight for space, and the whole thing is rated for 125 volts and 1875 watts, which is the ceiling on a standard 15-amp circuit - worth knowing before stacking a second high-draw appliance onto it, since that number is a hard limit rather than a suggestion. The lighted plug is a small touch that matters more than it should; a quick glance tells you it's live before you go hunting for the other end in the dark. There's also something to be said for the build itself beyond function. The housing is thick, clear plastic, and you can actually see the internal wiring and prong connections through it - looks more like something off a lab bench than a hardware store extension cord, and it holds up outdoors without the vinyl getting stiff or brittle.FSTSN isn't a name most people would recognize, but the spec here holds up: stranded copper conductors, molded strain relief at both ends, and a jacket rated down to negative 40 degrees mean it's built for actual outdoor duty rather than just indoor convenience with a weatherproof label slapped on.Bottom line: built for equipment that actually pulls power, and it does the one thing a lot of cheaper cords fail at - staying cool while doing it.

Heavy Duty, but FlexableHeavy Duty, but Flexable

[Color: Black, Size: 6FT, Color: Black, Size: 6FT]
I was looking for a short, heavy-duty extension cord to keep in my garage for power tools and other high-draw equipment, and this 6-foot cord has been exactly what I needed. The first thing I noticed was how substantial the cord feels. The 12-gauge cable is thick and flexible without feeling overly stiff, and it's clearly built for heavier loads than a typical household extension cord. The three-outlet design at the end is also a big plus since I can leave multiple tools or chargers plugged in instead of constantly swapping cords. The outlets grip plugs securely, so I haven't had any issues with them working loose during use. Whether I'm using power tools, lawn equipment, or other garage equipment, the cord has handled everything without getting warm or showing any signs of strain. One feature I was looking forward to was the lighted plug. I've always liked the idea of having a quick visual indication that the cord has power. The indicator does work, but I wish the LED were a little brighter. In a well-lit garage it's difficult to notice unless you're looking directly at it.Aside from that minor complaint, I really don't have anything negative to say. The cord feels durable, the three outlets are very convenient, and the overall build quality is excellent. If you need a short, heavy-duty extension cord for the garage, workshop, or outdoor projects, this one is a solid choice.

A Heavy-Duty Garage Cord That Actually Fits How I Use My ToolsA Heavy-Duty Garage Cord That Actua...

[Color: Black, Size: 6FT, Color: Black, Size: 6FT]
I've been doing more DIY and woodworking projects in my garage lately, which means I am constantly plugging in something different. One minute I'm using my power washer, then the backpack vacuum comes out for cleanup, and before I know it I'm back at my corded 10-inch miter saw cutting 2x4s and 2x6s because apparently every empty wall now looks like a potential shelf project.I wanted a short, heavy-duty extension cord that I could keep in the garage and use with my larger corded equipment. This 6-foot cord has worked perfectly for that setup. The 12-gauge cable feels thick and substantial, and I especially appreciate having three outlets at the end instead of constantly unplugging one tool to connect another.LIKED:* Thick, heavy-duty 12-gauge cord feels substantial* Three outlets are extremely convenient in the garage* Great 6-foot length for extending a nearby outlet without excess cord everywhere* Lighted end makes it immediately obvious when the cord has power* Grounded three-prong design works well with my corded garage equipment* Still manageable and easy to move around despite the heavier gaugeI've personally used it with my power washer, backpack vacuum, and corded 10-inch miter saw. I am not running multiple high-draw tools simultaneously, but having three receptacles means I can leave equipment connected and use what I need without constantly doing the garage outlet shuffle. The lighted end is another small feature I did not think much about until I started using it. When I'm moving tools around or troubleshooting why something is not turning on, being able to glance down and immediately confirm that the extension cord has power is genuinely useful. For my setup, the 6-foot length is also ideal. I already have longer extension cords when I need serious distance, but sometimes I just need the outlet to be six feet closer to my work area. I do not need 50 feet of cable trying to become friends with my ankles while I'm carrying a 2x6 to the miter saw.Overall, this has become one of those boring-but-essential garage items that I use constantly. It feels heavy duty, the three outlets are extremely convenient, and it has handled my DIY and garage equipment well in my experience. Definitely recommend for a workshop or garage setup, especially for anyone else who regularly finds themselves wondering, "What can I build next?"

True heavy-duty 12-gauge cord—perfect length for high-draw yard tools and shop equipment!

[Color: Black, Size: 6FT]
I picked up this 6-foot heavy-duty outdoor extension cord to handle some high-power tools and yard equipment, and it is a phenomenal, ruggedly built piece of gear. When you are running demanding appliances or shop tools, using a thin, underrated cord is a safety hazard and causes voltage drops. This 12-gauge wire handles maximum power loads effortlessly without heating up.The build quality is outstanding for a few key reasons:True 12/3 SJTW Heavy-Duty Wire: The thickness of this cord is impressive. It features proper 12-gauge copper wiring, making it fully rated for 15 Amps and up to 1875 Watts. It powers high-draw lawn equipment, power tools, and heavy appliances safely without any drop in performance.Convenient 3-Outlet Splitter: The multi-plug design on the female end is incredibly practical. Instead of swapping cords out constantly, you can plug in up to three devices at once. The outlets are spaced well and hold plugs tightly so they don’t accidentally slide out mid-task.High-Visibility Lighted Plug: The built-in indicator light inside the transparent mold is a fantastic safety feature. It glows bright red to give you an instant visual confirmation that the outlet is live and receiving power before you walk across the yard to turn your equipment on.Weatherproof and Flexible Casing: The SJTW vinyl jacket is incredibly tough. It easily resists moisture, abrasion, and direct sunlight when used out in the garden or lawn. Despite its heavy-duty thickness, the cord remains remarkably flexible and doesn't kink up or retain stiff coils. At 6 feet, it is the absolute perfect length for bridging short gaps to a spigot outlet without leaving a massive, tangled pile of extra wire lying on the ground. It's safe, ETL-listed, and built to take a beating—highly recommended!

This Little Light of Mine, It's Barely Gonna ShineThis Little Light of Mine, It's Barely Gonna Shine

[Color: Black, Size: 6FT, Color: Black, Size: 6FT]
I’ve always wanted one of those clear electrical cords with a little indicator light, so I grabbed this one—and it’s pretty much what I expected. The cord is exactly six feet end to end, which is plenty for what I needed. The tap has a small amber LED on the left side, but it’s dim enough that you can barely see it in daylight. That was a bit disappointing since the indicator was what was going to elevate my garage workshop status in the "cool" zone, but I'll live. The cord itself is definitely 12‑gauge. It’s thick but still flexible, which makes routing it around a bench or equipment easy. Build quality seems solid: sturdy connectors, tough plastic ends, and a snug fit when plugging in grounded devices.Overall, I wish the LED were brighter, but the cord works exactly the way it should and feels like it’ll last a long time.

Heavy-duty 12-gauge gauge copper; excellent load capacity but consider a longer length

[Color: White, Size: 6FT]
Conductor Gauge and Inductive Load Capacity:When powering high-draw garage appliances, commercial shop tools, or outdoor landscaping gear, conductor thickness is critical for safety and efficiency. This heavy-duty power cord utilizes a robust 12-gauge (12/3) stranded soft-drawn copper construction rated for a full 15 Amps and 1875 Watts. Unlike thinner, standard household cords that suffer from voltage drops and dangerous overheating when connected to inductive motor loads, this 12-AWG core handles multiple large garage products simultaneously without breaking a sweat, ensuring stable current delivery across all connected devices.Thermoplastic Resilience and Spatial Ergonomics:The physical construction relies on an SJTW thermoplastic double jacket that provides a phenomenal environmental defense barrier. Rated to withstand extreme temperature differentials from -40°F to 130°F, the heavy vinyl insulation remains flexible in harsh cold conditions without cracking or marring interior flooring, yet remains tough enough to resist concrete abrasion, moisture, and UV exposure. A standout mechanical feature is the three-outlet multi-tap hub, which spaces the receptacles at alternating angles. This geometric layout allows you to connect bulky transformers or heavy-duty 3-prong plugs simultaneously without blocking adjacent outlets.Length Constraints and Deployment Optimization:While the electrical throughput and structural durability of this power wire are top-tier, the 6-foot length represents a significant operational limitation. For stationary garage work benches or tight indoor utility corners, 6 feet is perfectly sufficient to eliminate hazardous cord clutter. However, for active lawn care, garden maintenance, or moving mobile workshop tools around, you will immediately wish you had more reach. For maximum outdoor versatility, choosing a longer 25-foot or 50-foot variant of this exact 12-gauge specification is highly recommended to avoid daisy-chaining cords.Performance Verdict:I am giving this product 5 stars for its superb 12-AWG material density, angled multi-outlet utility, and rugged weatherproofing, with a minor caveat regarding length restrictions. It is an absolute must-have piece of power distribution gear, but save yourself the restriction and opt for a longer cut if you intend to venture past the immediate perimeter of your wall outlets.
