I replaced the worn bottom seal on my garage door with this kit, and the installation was fairly straightforward. The seal material feels flexible but substantial, and the kit includes what I needed to get the old seal replaced without having to piece everything together separately. My door is old so I could not find a seal to replace mine. This one did the trick nicely. The rubber seal slides into the bottom channel and provides a good seal against the garage floor. It has enough flexibility to conform to the floor without being so soft that it folds over when the door closes. The material also feels like it should hold up well to normal weather and temperature changes. The garage door closes with a much better seal along the bottom than it had with the old, hardened gasket. It also helped eliminate the small gaps where dirt and outside air were getting underneath the door. Getting the seal positioned correctly before trimming is important, since you want enough material to cover the full width without leaving the ends short.Be sure to check before ordering is the size and style of your existing garage door channel. Assuming it is compatible, this is an easy and practical way to replace an aging bottom seal and improve the seal along the garage floor. It's a good price and I would get this again.

I'd been fighting cold drafts, spiders, and random leaves sneaking under my garage door for a while, and this Bamgoten seal kit has genuinely fixed that problem better than I expected. The EPDM rubber feels legitimately heavy duty, not the thin, brittle stuff that cracks after one winter, which matters a lot given the temperature swings we get up here. The pre-drilled aluminum track retainer made installation way less of a headache than I anticipated, I didn't have to measure and drill my own holes trying to guess spacing, just lined it up and went. Getting 16.5 feet meant I had more than enough coverage for my door with a little extra to trim off rather than coming up short partway through. The brush component has been a nice touch too, catching fine debris and dust that the rubber seal alone might not fully block, and it hasn't gotten stiff or worn down noticeably yet after regular door use. Since installing it, I've noticed a real difference in draft reduction, no more feeling that cold air seep in along the bottom edge during winter mornings. It's held up fine through repeated door cycles, opening and closing multiple times a day without the seal tearing, bunching up, or pulling loose from the track. For anyone dealing with a drafty or leaky garage door bottom, this kit has been a genuinely effective, straightforward fix.

The EPDM rubber is thick and flexible, and the brush strip helps block drafts better than standard seals. The pre‑drilled aluminum track makes installation easier, and the 16.5 ft length is generous. The only thing is cutting the rubber cleanly takes a sharp blade, but once trimmed, it fits snug. Compared to other seals I’ve used, this one has better weather resistance and a tighter closure

This garage door bottom seal kit really did a good job of improving the seal on our garage door. Installation was straightforward with the pre‑drilled aluminum track, and once everything was in place the rubber and brush combination created a much tighter seal than what we had before. The materials feel sturdy and well made, and the fit along the bottom edge is solid. The improvement was noticeable right away. The new seal closed gaps that previously let in drafts, dust, and small debris, and the brush strip helped block insects from slipping in at the corners. The garage feels cleaner and more protected now, and the door closes with a more secure, cushioned contact against the floor. This is a very effective upgrade that made a big difference for our garage. It installs easily, fits well, and significantly improves the bottom seal. A great item to get if you want better protection and a cleaner, tighter closure. Here is how I rate items:5 Stars = Exceeds expectations, a good find.4 Stars = Very good quality, worth trying.3 Stars = Decent and does what is says.2 Stars = Below expectations with noticeable issues.1 Star = Very poor quality, would not recommend.

Great product only negative is it comes in pieces helps to fasten them first

This kit arrived quickly and in excellent condition. The kit itself was heavier than I anticipated which means two things: likely higher quality than I anticipated and a possibility of needing to adjust our door spring for the added weight. As I completed this project in conjunction with insulating the door panels I do certainly need to adjust our door spring tension. If you are simply replacing another door seal you may not have to do this additional step, but it is worth thinking about. The added brush strip does an excellent job of deterring insects and other vermin from trying to enter the garage around the corners and the rubber tube is nice and pliable and easy to install and use. We do not have too many variations from level along the track this door sits on, so I cannot speak to the conformability of the rubber strip to peaks and valleys, but it does appear pliable enough to handle small variations fairly easily. Cutting the kit down to size is relatively simple and this should fit most garage doors with some minor alterations. If I notice degradation of the brush bristles or the rubber seal I will certainly update the review. For now, considering price, I believe this to be a good value.

This is a great upgrade for garage door bottom. Over time the door bottom worn out and mostly become rusted, sometime to the degree of becoming loose and failing to seal the bottom. I had good experience with a similar profile product to replace a garage door bottom. I don't think they will fit all or even most garage doors. But for quite a few they can be fitted with some customized drilling and attachment. This kit comes with good quality parts. The price seems to be right there with the competitive market. It's excellent kit that if you can fit with your door, you won't regret it.
