These are great outdoor string lights and were exactly what I needed to finish off the lighting in my backyard. I like that they use a standard 120V two-prong plug and have an outlet on the other end, making them easy to connect to additional strands without needing a separate controller or low-voltage setup. The 33-foot length was perfect for filling in the remaining space, and the lightweight strand was easy to hang using the built-in clips. The warm LED bulbs give off a soft, attractive glow without being overly harsh, and the bulbs are plastic and shatter-resistant, which makes me feel much better about using them outdoors. They also stay relatively cool to the touch. I especially appreciated the extra length of cord at the end, which made it possible to reach my outdoor outlet without wasting part of the light strand or needing to buy another extension cord. The clips are spaced perfectly and made installation quick and easy. It also comes with an extra bulb, which I appreciate.Overall, I’m very happy with these and I think the price is right.

I picked these up to fill in a gap in my outdoor lighting, and overall I'm happy with them. They're standard S14 120V plug-in string lights with a two-prong plug on one end and a receptacle on the other, so I was able to connect them right to the existing string lights I already had up without needing any separate controller or low-voltage setup. The 33-foot length with 10 bulbs was just the right size to close the gap I had but, unfortunately, the color was a bright white rather than the soft incandescent glow I expected so it didn’t match the rest of my strand — the cause of my one star deduction. The bulbs themselves are lightweight, shatter-resistant plastic, and they don't get hot to the touch. They have built-in hanging points, which made installation simple. One small annoyance is that the open end doesn't come with a protective cap, so I had to improvise some weatherproofing with electrical tape to keep rain out. The listing also advertises these as dimmable, but that only works if you add a separate dimmer switch so I can’t really speak to that.My main gripe, and the reason I'm only giving this 4 stars instead of 5, is the color. The product photos show a warm yellow glow, but in reality the light is bright white. I prefer the soft, incandescent-style warmth for my patio, so this was a bit of a letdown, particularly because it doesn’t match my other existing lights. If you're specifically looking for that classic warm glow, keep this in mind before buying. One other thing that I’ve found about most of these lights is that they will eventually fill up with water that causes them to short out and trip the circuit breaker. I haven’t noticed that yet in these lights but we haven’t had a lot of rain since I’ve put them up either. Should they lose their watertight seal in the next few months, I’ll be back to update this review,

I haven't had a chance to hang these out back yet, but the lights look absolutely fantastic plugged in, and the clips on them are sturdy and should last really well. I think these are a great buy for the price, the only problem is I might need to get some more!

I hung these string lights in my side yard garden, and they look absolutely beautiful. The warm glow completely transformed the space—it feels cozy, inviting, and just a little magical, especially in the evenings. The length was plenty to stretch across my garden beds, and the bulbs give off just the right amount of light—not too harsh, not too dim. The bulbs feel sturdy and shatterproof, which gives me peace of mind with outdoor weather and the occasional stray branch.Setup was straightforward, and the connectable design means I could easily add more if I ever want to expand.

I’m pleasantly surprised with these outdoor lights. They put out the perfect amount of light and the bulbs are spaced so that it doesn’t create too much light. Mine have been outdoors in severe thunderstorms, high winds, and downpouring rain and they have held up extremely well. I also love that this particular strand is about 30 feet long as opposed to the normal 25 foot strands I see. This enabled me to put the lights where I wasn’t able to before. The only con I could possibly find (that isn’t particularly important to me) is there are no color variation options in the bulbs and there is also no dimmer installed. Otherwise they are excellent for enjoying the outdoors in the evenings and nights.

These are great little lights. They are simple in appearance but they get the the job done and have all the basics that I would expect. The clips are really nice. I didn't have hooks or anything on my house but i was able to use the clips to attach the lights to the eves. This saved me time and money getting the house ready for simple lighting. There are multiple clips on each light and the string itself is light enough that it will hold itself up on just a few of the built-on clips no problem. One thing I appreciate is that these have a long enough cable at the end to reach the low outlet on the side of the house without having a dangling bulb. This means that all the light string gets used for actual lighting and not stretching to the ground. This feels like such a simple thought but a lot of outdoor lights don't do this.Another easy thing that they did right was include a replacement bulb. It is really nice to have. Not that I think these are not durable (i bonked them on the deck and they held up just fine) but one of those "just-in-case" things that makes me feel better about this package. I believe these are shatter proof. I didn't do a careful job with setup or unwrapping and all the bulbs survived.Overall, if you're looking for some lightweight string lights that you can install and not think about again, these are great!

These S14 LED string lights are the simple, plug-in style I prefer for outdoor lighting. They use a standard 120V two-prong plug and have a receptacle on the other end, so they can be connected to another compatible strand instead of needing a separate controller or low-voltage setup. I used this 33-foot set to finish off another tree in our back yard, and it matched well with the other string lights I already had installed. The light is bright enough to be useful but still has that soft, warm patio glow instead of the harsh white/blue look some LEDs have. The bulbs are plastic and shatter-resistant, which is a big plus outdoors, and they do not get hot to the touch. The strand is fairly lightweight, which actually makes it easier to hang without a lot of sagging. Each light also has built-in hanging points, so they can be attached to hooks, wire, a pergola, fence, or similar setup without much fuss. The 33-foot length includes 10 bulbs, spaced roughly 2.75 feet apart, and it is a nice size for filling a smaller area or extending an existing run. Longer strands are usually more cost-effective, but this size was perfect for closing the gap I had. I also like that these are indoor/outdoor rated and simple enough to plug into a remote-controlled outlet or smart switch. The only real downside I noticed is that the open end does not appear to include a protective cap, so I wrapped it in electrical tape to help keep rain out. The listing also mentions dimming, but that requires a separate dimmer switch, so it is not something built into the strand itself. I have mine on a basic on/off smart plug, and the brightness is good enough that I have not felt the need to dim them.Overall, this is a good-quality, good-looking set of warm LED string lights. They are easy to install, easy to extend, and add a lot of atmosphere without feeling fragile.

These are typical LED S14 120V LED string lights, and every set like this that I've purchased has been great -- including this one. This set has a standard US 2-prong plug on each end, although no cap on the loose end, so I used one from an old extension cord to keep the rain from getting in the plug. The 33 foot length is just a bit longer than what I needed to finish hanging lights on the last 25 feet or so of my cedar privacy fence (see photo). I also have some low-voltage string lights on a different section of fence that has an electronic controller at the start to provide effects I don't use, and a round plug at the end and these won't work with that kind of system. I prefer this kind of system as it simply plugs into an outlet, or extends an existing 120V strand.I strung these up and connected them to the 100+ feet of string lights from another brand that I already had up and they match perfectly and lit up the same as the rest of the strand, despite being at the end of such a long run. I suspect there aren't many different manufacturers and the price here is decent, although buying longer strands is a lot more cost-effective. In my case, I just had to fill the gap, so 33 feet worked perfectly. They do claim to be dimmable, but I have them on a voice assistant remote-controllable on/off switch so I can't speak to how well that works. I do find the brightness is perfect though.
