Unlike so many low voltage fixtures, this one is metal. It has heft and is very solid. An unlike some other metal fixtures I’ve had, this one has a bulb that can be replaced. It is easy to install as any other low voltage light. The light it casts is warm and pleasing - and the spot quality lets me shine it to highlight some landscape features (trees).

I installed this solid brass low voltage landscape spotlight in my garden, and it’s been a fantastic addition. Good heavy feel. Keep your eye on measurements when looking at spot lights, even when they have the same MR16 bulb. Sizes vary in all of these type fixtures and the seller gives you good measurements.The shade portion pulls off to access the included MR16 12v bulb. Two silicone gaskets ensure water tight fitting. You also receive a glass lens which I prefer over acrylic. For ease in connecting to your existing low voltage wire run, this spot light has a six foot cord. And the heavy duty stake will give you no problems. Also, the light includes a retaining nut if you instead want to mount the light as a down light from your soffet.I will be using this light in my backyard to feature a Yoshino cherry tree.Really nice brass spot light.Highly reccomend.

This is a terrific light, really high quality and beautifully designed. The finish is exquisite and looks incredibly elegant yet unobtrusive. The body of the light is very solid and well built. The stake is very sturdy and will go into most soils without any problems. One thing to keep in mind though is that this light needs to be hardwired. When ordering I didn't pay attention and just assumed that it has a plug; alas, it does not. Otherwise, it is absolutely perfect for our fountain. I really like how heavy and solid this light is. Every little feature speaks quality; every little detail is impeccably executed. Because of its look this light will only enhance any landscape it is placed into. The glass is heavy and the light is very bright. Perfect to highlight a plant, or a fountain, or a sculpture. Really perfect for anything. Terrific buy. Thrilled with this order.

This solid brass landscaping spotlight is an elegant looking waterproof spotlight. The only problem is that I did not realize it had to be hardwired into a transformer (not included). Why I thought it was a plug-in light is beyond me. So I haven’t been able to install it. Will update the review once I’ve installed it.

This solid brass landscape light fixture is so nice! It’s heavy duty and seems like excellent quality. The light fixture is adjustable in angle and comes with a ground stake. I like that I can angle the light exactly where I want and the bronze finish looks very nice and high end.You will need a transformer to connect this light to but it does come with a bulb installed. They also only include a small amount of wiring. You may need to purchase extra wiring based on the size of your yard or location of the transformer.Overall, this light fixture is beautiful, very durable and long lasting and has adjustable angle settings. It’s not a disposable landscape light that will need to be replaced in a couple of years. It’s built to last! But honestly, I would have rather had all the items I needed to do the install to be included in the package, instead of having to order things separately, even if it cost a little more. But I didn’t take any rating off for that because they fully disclose what’s included in the listing and the fixture is definitely great quality!

I did not expect to form a connection with a landscape light until I saw the light. The Solid Brass Low Voltage Spotlight arrived looking like it was made by hand by someone who really loves metalwork. In a way. It's heavy solid. Has an antique bronze finish that says, "I'm classy but I also work hard."I put it in. It did not take long. Less time than finding my gloves. Then something special happened. The 2700K MR16 bulb gives a golden light that makes my trees look like they're in a magazine. My yard went from a suburban lawn to looking like a pro did it. My neighbor even asked what I was trying to do.The waterproofing is serious. Houston’s weather tried to mess with it. Humidity, rain, sprinklers. It did not even flinch. It's brass so it gets better with age like a fine whiskey. My old aluminum lights are retired.The adjustable head moves smoothly. Stays where I point it. It's not like lights that droop over time. Because of its low voltage it's safe and won't increase my electric bill.In short: this spotlight is tough stylish. Makes my yard look great. If I want something that works well, looks good and makes me feel a little fancy, this is it. The Solid Brass Low Voltage Spotlight is a choice. I like it.
