Love it . Was very easy to assemble and they give different hardware for different lamp styles which worked well for me. This lamp I have is for a spider fitter lamp shade , I didn't think the shade came down low enough, but since they gave me three different attachments I was able to remove the harp from my lamp and use a bigger attachment to make it an Uno fitter instead of a spider. Very happy .

Looks great in my living room. It was very easy to put together and install onto the lamp. It puts out a characterful ambiance and fits right in with our colorful style. All at a great price, too. I am very happy with this purchase.

I ordered this to bring in my suitcase to use in a vacation condo in a hot, humid climate. I think it will withstand the climate and salt air very well, and it’s quite packable. In the meantime, it’s on a lamp on my covered porch and picks up my brown, orange, and green color scheme and looks cute. It assembled very easily, directions were clear, and it looks well made. My only issue is that neither of the white plastic adjusters to fit my lamp socket work with either of two lamps I tried it on. They were both pretty standard lamps, probably from Target. Oh well, that’s why they invented duct tape and museum putty. It works well enough, but I just fostered some kittens and they were constantly bumping it so it tilted and I had to adjust it. They didn’t damage it though. It’s a pretty, kind of retro design. The product listing says to measure your lamp socket/base, and I would concur.

Adorable lampshade! I ordered the plain bamboo one. It comes laying flat that you just fan out to open up. There were a few other designs that were painted on some others that were really cute.After looking at this new one for awhile I decided I was going to paint my own design on this bamboo one! I saw how the others were painted and thought why can't I do the same thing with this one? I can and will!Cool shade for various uses, hang it use it on lamp, how you please! And if you like how my mind thinks, you can always paint a design you like on it and use where it will please you most? Do it!I recommend this for your heart's delight.

This is a nice 11.8-inch Lamp Shade with a Tropical Parrots Design on Natural Bamboo. I am a theme park designer by trade, so I know WHIMSY when I see it! This is a highly themed, immersive tropical lamp shade fit for a fine Miami or Florida Keys veranda or hang out space or even a Pirate or Tropical Tiki-inspired Man Cave lounge space - like we got here at our home. I got this 11.8-inch bamboo drum lamp shade for its tropical vibe. And the ambient lighting diffusion on it is wonderful. The artisanal-grade construction of the bamboo is impressive - especially because the price-point is very reasonable. It is tightly woven and the bamboo thickness physically breaks up harsh, direct bulb glare, casting incredible, textured shadows across the walls that establish a relaxed atmosphere. The tropical parrot and botanical print is vibrant and deeply saturated into the bamboo backing without looking cheap or pixelated. The versatile mounting ring accommodates our standard E26 table lamp sockets. My only critique involves the physical fragility of the natural bamboo wood fibers. Just be extremely careful when unpacking and mounting it. If you grab the shade too aggressively with heavy hands or bang it against a sharp edge or piece of furniture, the bamboo can splinter under pressure. Just an FYI! Treat it well, and it should last a long time.
