Love these. We travel internationally very often. I end up in some grimy locations during trips as well as after arrival. Currently we are in and out of Ukraine with not "bad" conditions but the possibility of such. Therefore ... we use dust covers, protectors, waterproofing, fireproofing, and even EMPproofing items to avoid lose and even scratching other items when packed tightly. These work superbly! We only wanted basic US 2-prong plug covers to keep dirt off of them as well as avoid scratching and poking through items. These were an overkill but include a leash were as the others we have do not and are hardshelled. These attach to the plug with the leash or to the cord - no loss! They are soft, pliable and fit perfectly. They are 3-prong but easily cut or used without the ground plug.

I am in absolute awe of these. We have a lot of outdoor devices with a plug and we are constantly worried about them being damaged from rain when we have to unplug them during storms. These covers fit great go on securely and can be used on either 2 or 3 prong plugs. Plus the attached loop makes them easy to keep attached to the cord when not in active use. The silicone seems pretty durable and keep water out successfully, I haven't had any issues with them.

I have an electric smoker that I don't want to keep plugged in all the time. I was worried about the elements so I wanted to try out this plug cover. To my delight, it works perfectly! The loop is stretchy enough to fit around the plug and small enought to stay attached when not in use. The cover itself is a perfect fit and butts up exactly against the base, ensuring protection. It was very easy to put on and use. Time will tell about it's durability, but since there's 4 in the package, I'll have another one ready to go if needed. I like this product a lot and for the safety and protection, well worth the money.

I got these outdoor plug covers for my Thomas Edison string lights. I have 2 different sets, one with 3 prongs and the other with 2 prongs and I used them on both. Sometimes I have to disconnect them, and they would sit there unprotected. Not anymore. These covers do a good job of keeping the plugs covered when I need to unplug things outside. That gives me more peace of mind when the weather changes. I like that I do not have to worry about the exposed connection sitting out in the open. They fit my setup well and did what I needed right away. I use them because I want a simple fix, not a complicated one. They have stayed in place and seem like a practical little upgrade. They are super durable and fit like a glove. It was very easy to install it has a lot of bang for the buck. The whole setup feels safer now. For something so small, they make a useful difference.

I bought this 4-pack of silicone plug covers for my backyard string lights and the random cords I run out to the inflatable snowman in December. They slide easily over both my 2 and 3 prong plugs and actually stay put, even when I drag the cords across the patio. I hosed down the deck last weekend and the inside of the covers stayed dry, so they do their job there. My only gripe is the size. On tighter spots, like behind the grill cart and near my raised beds, they feel chunky and awkward to position. They work, just wish they were a bit slimmer.

I recently ordered the 4 Pack Silicone Outdoor Plug Covers by Qanhuhcuy to protect the male ends of my sump pump plug and the extension cord that runs to the outlet. Every time it rains, I have to hunt down a cloth and dry everything off before plugging it in—not ideal. These covers definitely solve that problem. What I didn’t realize until they arrived is that I need something to protect the female ends as well to keep water out, so keep that in mind if you’re buying them for a similar setup.Even with that surprise, they’ve turned out to be one useful little gadget for my outdoor electrical gear. If you use extension cords outside for garden tools, patio lights, holiday decorations, or anything else, these are worth having. The only thing that causes me confusion is whether these are waterproof, weatherproof or both. I know they mean entirely different things, but it seems they use the words interchangeably which is confusing. Since I cannot tell what they are, I will use both terms as they have done. What I Loved- Weatherproof/Waterproof: We’ve had rain and heavy morning dew here where I live, and the prongs have stayed dry. The silicone fits firmly over the prongs without being difficult to remove.- Universal Fit for both 2 prong and 3 prong plugs: I used them on a 3-prong extension cord and my sump pump 3-prong cord, and everything fit snugly.- Lightweight and flexible: The silicone feels lightweight, but flexible. It stretches easily over the plug without tearing.- Simple to use: Slip the silicone loop over the cord, fit the cover over the prongs, and you’re done in seconds. If you need to, you can trim the cover to fit a 2 prong plug. What Could Be Better- It would be great if each male plug cover came with a matching female plug cover.- Provide clarity in whether they are weatherproof, waterproof, or both. For this uncertainty, I am deducting one star.BottomlineIf you want reliable, waterproof/weatherproof protection for outdoor electrical connections, this 4 pack is a good value. The price seems right for not having to deal with wet plugs every time it rains. It’s too soon to tell how the lightweight silicon material will hold up to extreme heat, so its durability is “to-be-determined.” So far, they have kept cords dry, clean, and secure, and that’s primarily what I was looking for in a cover for my outdoor electrical gear.

Very nice. Smaller than expected but that vis a good thing. Soft flexible vs hard which is also good. Nice attachment loop so they won't disappear
