Ghost Decor Light for Halloween

This Halloween LED lamp arrived in an attractive box, suitable for gifting (see my photos).This lamp comes in several varieties. I got the skeleton.The product description says this lamp has a "real glass dome," but when I tapped it, it felt and sounded like plastic. Nor is this lamp very heavy. It's as lightweight as plastic. I'm pretty sure the dome is plastic.The product description also claims this lamp comes on a "sturdy wood base." But as my photos show, the base is clearly plastic. No doubts there. Thin, hollow plastic.Yes, the base is sturdy enough. This lamp won't topple. But it's a plastic base.I measured this lamp at 8.25 inches tall, its base at 4.25 inches in diameter. That's over an inch shorter than the product description’s claim of 9.6 inches, and nearly an inch narrower than the description's claim of 5.2 inches.This lamp runs on three AAA batteries (not included).I lit the lamp, then photographed it with an iPhone 13 Pro, which used nightvision to process the photo. As a result, the lamp in the photo glows far brighter than it does to the human eye. It's actually a rather dim lamp. I could barely see it glowing in the dark.

I am already getting excited about seasonal decorating, and this little light-up ghost is such a cute addition! It works in so many places too—I could see using it in an office, bedroom, living room, or mixed into a larger Halloween display.The light-up effect is adorable, and overall the quality is pretty good. It looks cute whether it's turned on or just sitting out as decor.My biggest complaint is the construction. Honestly, I think some of the pieces should have been glued or secured together better. It can come apart, and if it falls because of that, there's obviously a chance of it breaking. I may end up securing mine myself just for some extra stability.Aside from that, I really like it. It's cute, festive, mostly durable when handled properly, very stable and would also make a fun little Halloween gift. For the price and size, I still think it's a good value—I just wish the construction was a little more secure.

This Halloween ghost cloche has a really cute mix of spooky and sweet. It looks nice and clear when displayed, but it doesn’t feel heavy-duty.Overall, it’s a charming decorative piece that gives off a warm, cozy glow and works well for Halloween parties or seasonal home decor, as long as you’re careful with the glass.

I love Halloween but don’t like to go overboard with decorating. This ghost is rustic, charming and not overdone.It’s quite simple - an unfinished wood base with a real glass (not plastic) display dome. The ghost is just fabric on a support pole with internal led lighting. The controls are equally simple - on and off. No timer, no remote, no other settings. You must supply 3 AAA batteries.I do think it would be a little nicer if the base had a stain or paint. Also, all of the photos in the listing are AI and don’t all accurately (or even consistently) represent the size of the item. On a similar note, the color temperature of the LEDs is more on the cool side vs the warm candle-like glow they show. For these reasons, I rate it 4 stars instead of 5 but still consider it a decent addition to my holiday decor.

This little ghost is adorable. I am a big fan of Halloween. I go overboard decorating for Halloween inside and outside of my house. This light is a perfect addition to my ever growing collection. The ghost inside of the glass is a bit hard to get the ghost sheet part to fall when I want it to. I also do not care for the way the glass globe doesn't lock down to the base. You have to be very careful when moving this piece, or the globe will fall off of the base easily. I chose th ghost with the warm white color over the bright white color. I cannot wait to officially put this little guy out at the end of August!
