The door to my mail box was looking rough and would not stay closed. My mailbox is in a brick surround which makes replacing more challenging. This snap-in door was the perfect solution. This item was an excellent choice and was affordable and easy to install with no tools needed. It was more challenging to remove the old door. The door is attractive and fits perfectly. The magnet was dinky (thus only 4 stars) so I replaced with a larger one and some gorilla glue. All in all I would definitely recommend this snap-in door if you don’t want to replace your entire mailbox.

We placed this on a standard mailbox (enclosed in brick header wall). It fits snugly; does not move or fall out. It was easy to install and looks original. The door doesn't fold down the full 90 degrees but it is close and presents no issue putting mail in or getting it out.
