I got this 10 pack of orange painters tape for some DIY projects and organizing, and it works super well. The bright orange color makes it really easy to see, and you can easily write on it with a pen to label stuff. Tearing it by hand is totally painless, so you don't even need scissors around. As a band teacher, it's amazing how much tape I go through, and none of it for painting! What I need, however, is similar--good adhesion and clean release, even after a few weeks/months.We just used 2 rolls of this to mark "yard lines" in a long school hallway when our band camp got moved indoors due to smoke. I also use this to mark carpet in my band rooms both for chair placement and to mark areas that need to be kept clear. In both cases, it's VITAL that it comes up cleanly so my custodians don't get upset. I left this down for a month on our band room carpet, and there was no residue when I lifted a piece.Additionally, I use this type of tape for marking lots of things. No bleed-through from my testing with Sharpies & other permanent markers, which is also vital.Finally, it comes off the roll cleanly and tears relatively easily--also important for my uses and for painting.I would definitely pick this up again when I need more.

I am very pleased with this tape. The tape itself is very sturdy and the adhesive really adheres. But, if you take it off, there is no residue left on the surface. The orange color is bright and vibrant. Makes it really easy to see! I like using the different colors when packing to move. Each room gets it's own color so it is easy to place boxes in the right rooms. The different colors are great! This tape is easy to cut or tear. Also, the price for 10 rolls is perfect! I am definitely buying all the colors as we are going to be moving soon. This tape does not allow any seepage when using it masking paint areas. I think this is quality tape at a great price. I would definitely recommend this package of tape.
