This gas hose kit worked out perfect. The stainless steel braid and PVC coating feel really strong and look like they'll last a long time in a busy kitchen. Setup was super easy with the quick-disconnect fitting, and it didn't run into any issues. It is compatible with commercial kitchen ranges. I’m building out a food trailer with a heavy fryer. I’m piecing it all together as I go. I got this because it’s a good fit for what I need. The hose quality is heavy duty. It is heavily braided with stainless steel and has a thick, smooth PVC coating.The advantage of this one is the ends of it have 360-degree swivel heads. If you have appliances on casters, the swivels let the line move freely without kinking or wearing out the connections. The quick-disconnect works well and you can operate it with one hand. This kit includes the copper joints, restraint cable, and valve.**CONS - SAFETY***You’re dealing with gas lines here. The installation instructions are not the best. You need to know what you’re doing. If you aren't handy with plumbing threads and gas lines, be patient and take time with the assembly. Or consider getting a professional to hook it up.
