Pandaluna's "Vintage 1-Light Bathroom Vanity Light Wall Sconces, Matte BrassBoho Style," is one of the prettier neuvo-vintage pieces that I've seen.The construction is a little strange,cbut if you follow the instructions, you will soon be looking at a handsome epresntation of Victorian architecture.A couple of pieces are plastic, but they aren't in spots that might get warm.from use.The light does *not* come with its specialized G9 bulb. Rather frustrating after putting it all together to discover you have to send away for something more before you can use it. The last light that needed a specialized LED hacon thoughtfully included.Lastly: the glass bulb is made of two pieces of molded glass; each piece has a zig zag cut side that meets together...somewhat. The "teeth" are imperfect and rounded in some cases, so getting that perfect "cut crystal ball" look is not possible. Once together, it looks better, but it's a poor mold that was used.The wiring is quite simplistic (match color to color), but be careful when stripping because LED wiring is more delicate than incandescents used to have.Conclusion: a pretty "vintage" light, once you order and receive the specialized bulb it needs.

This is sort of unique because it’s not often that you see two glass shades put together to form one globe-type light, but that’s what these do, they go together and form a globe for the G9 base lightThe shades, they said, are ripped, but please look at the attached video for a closer look, as they have unique patterns and designs that enhance the light. Therefore, it’s likely to create very attractive lighting effects in the room where this fixture is used.Metal parts of the shade are finished in Matt gold. It would go well in a gold bathroom. It’s a bathroom light with electroplated gold applied to it, simple, warm, and easy installation, the manufacturer says.But, as with all electrical installations, make certain that you have turned the power off to the junction box you’re gonna be working on. The manufacturer provides relatively detailed instructions for assembling and installing this. I’m not gonna go over that with you. I’m just going to give you some basic tips that may help you install this light safely.First, make absolutely certain you’ve turned off the power to the junction box that you’re about to begin working on. You do that by locating the circuit breaker control panel box in your home and identifying the assets the circuit breaker controls that power the junk box you want to work on.Second, after you believe that you have turned off the power to the correct junction box, get an electrical testing device or a voltage meter and test each and every wire in that junction box to make certain that none of them are still live. If you put it near a 240 V clothes dryer line, it’ll chirp and flash twice as fast.The third piece of advice I would give you is how to use wire lock nuts correctly. Most electrical fixtures will have you using wire lock nuts, and many homeowners do. Do not know how to use them. I know this for a fact because I’ve seen their attempts. For example, let’s connect the black wire from the fixture to the black wire from the house service so that the house is supposed to be threaded through the installation plate before we do this, and the installation plate should then be tightened into the junction box, but that’s all explained in the instructions. Take the tip of the House service wire. Make sure the last half-centimeter of insulation has been removed from the same part of the black wire from the fixture, which is multi-strand copper. The house service wire is much thicker, covering both of these tips. With the insulation removed, use a wire, a locked nut, and turn it clockwise until a firm, mechanical, and electrical connection has been established. Do the same thing with the white wire and the same thing with the green wire fixture.If you follow these three steps, you’ll have a very successful and safe installation.This is a unique fixture, designed primarily for bathroom use, with light that will be Cheyenne in multiple directions and add extra light to your bathroom. Use a G9 socket for a wide range of bulbs to choose from. When that becomes necessary.
