This latter is light weight and very portable. It is easy to put up and take down. It is clean and will match your decor and aesthetic. I am a plus size woman and it holds me well. However, my husband does not trust it and thinks it’s too shaky for my use. So I only use it for a quick up-and-down things and never carry heavier weight up it..

This ladder gets an A+ for safety! A very nice, heavy build - not flimsy at all (total weight just over 12 pounds - see photo) Every component is made from black powder-coated steel and there are no sharp corners or protruding fasteners.For stowage, the ladder folds flat to maintain a 1.5" thick profile (see photo) which makes it convenient for under couch or behind door storage. The rounded rectangular frame makes this ladder slender & strong...proper materials and a simple design make this ladder a great choice for households and office uses.This ladder is NOT anything like the offerings at the 'Mart store. The steel tubing is thick, the linkages & leveling arms for the steps and even the steps themselves are much thicker steel than any folding ladder we've ever purchased for our home.It's very stable under my weight of 175 pounds - no twisting or swaying at all when I stand at the very top step to change a bulb or access an overhead storage space in my garage. Just tall enough to be practical at 34" overall height.I tossed 2 other folding ladders we were using after we received this one - those cheapo ladders from the hardware store are not very safe with their .030" thin wall tubing...they twist, sway & make creaking noises. This ladder is the real deal!My wife & I are in our late 60s and still want to do work around our house but falling off of an unsafe ladder is not in our plans. We both immediately noticed the rigidity and excellent build quality of this ladder. It will likely be the last stepladder we ever need.Two thumbs up for a compact & rugged little ladder that shows practically anywhere!

I ordered this red three step ladder for those little jobs that somehow turn into a whole afternoon. It has already helped me reach high shelves, clean a spot that had been ignored for far too long, and hang something without balancing on a chair like a cartoon character.It feels very solid when opened. The metal frame has a nice finish, the steps are wide, and the grip on them makes me feel secure even when I am reaching a bit farther than I should. The lock clicks in firmly and the feet stay put on the floor. No wobble, no strange noises, just a steady ladder doing its job.The craftsmanship is better than I expected for the money. The joints feel tight, the red coating looks clean, and it folds smoothly into a slim shape that slides out of sight when I am done. It is light enough to carry with one hand, but does not feel flimsy at all.This has become one of those simple home items that gets used more than expected. Great value, good materials, and honestly much safer than my old chair method.

Easy to tuck away between things without even being noticed (like my fridge and the counter beside it. Very sturdy. Easy open and shut. Not heavy. Holds lots of weight. Perfect for my kitchen.

This is a nice folding ladder that is lightweight, easy to carry, and folds down very thin for storage. We have a lot of high shelving in our home, and a regular step stool just isn’t tall enough, so this has been a great solution for reaching those higher places.I also really like the color and overall style. It looks much nicer than a standard utility ladder.One thing I did notice is that the spacing between the steps is fairly close. When you’re standing on a step, your shins rest against the edge of the next step above.The ladder is advertised with a 330-pound weight capacity. While I can’t personally verify that, my husband is around 300 pounds, and he wouldn’t feel comfortable using the top two steps. It may very well meet the stated rating, but based on how it feels, I wouldn’t personally want to test it near its maximum load.It also uses a single rubber locking stop to keep the ladder open. It functions as intended, but I think having a more robust locking mechanism would have made the ladder feel more secure and inspired more confidence while using it.Overall, I think this is a great ladder for everyday household tasks like reaching high shelves, changing light bulbs, or decorating. It’s lightweight, compact, and easy to store. I would just avoid pushing it anywhere near the maximum listed weight capacity and would use extra caution if carrying heavier items while climbing.
