Two for one is great - maybe recruit a helper.

This review is for T-post Clips Tool, Fixing Fence Clip and Wire Steel Bender T-post Handheld Twisting Tool, Multi Functional Bender 2 pack,OrangeFrom the AncestryFawn StoreGreat for installing barbed wire (or its cousin, no-barbed high strength wire) on T-posts. Makes hooking the fence to the post with a standard clip go quick and easy. We did about 150' of fence and the drilled hole (where you hook in the clip) opened up a little just due to wear but it didn't affect the performance any. These eventual will wear large enough holes that you'll replace them so having two is great. Also great if you spouse is into helping...I have had several of the "name brand" ones and these work just as good and likely will last just as long but are roughly 2 for the price of 1 based on my experience. So, good value and durability compared to the others out there.

Handy and makes the job easierHandy and makes the job easier

We've been making garden arches out of cattle panels and T-posts for our climbing fruits and vegetables. It's a cheaper solution--and longer lasting--than wooden lattice or similar structures. The only problem is that the t-post clips can be a real pain to get into place. This little tool made a big difference in our endeavor.I had to watch a YouTube video to really understand how to use these tools, but once I had it figured out it was such a relief. We had been improvising with a screwdriver and pliers. This tool was 1000x easier. This listing was $29 when I got it, which sounds pricey for 2, but the right tool for the job makes it worth it to me. Having 2 meant my husband and I could work on both sides of the arch at the same time, which cut our assembly time by a lot. Here's hoping our plants climb the vine and we harvest in due time!

A T-Post Tool That Saves My Fingers and My Temper

[Size: 2 Pack, Color: Orange]
I’ve been fixing my pasture fencing on weekends for the better part of the past year, and wrestling fence clips onto T-posts by hand has always been my least favorite job. I picked up this AncestryFawn 2-pack on a whim, and I’m genuinely annoyed I didn’t buy them sooner. These things are built like small tanks. The heavy-duty steel feels solid in your hand, and after a few weekends of rain, mud, and general abuse, there’s zero rust or wobble in the mechanism. The ergonomic grip is a nice touch—it’s not bulky, so it doesn’t eat up space in my tool bucket, but it’s comfortable enough that I can twist clips for an hour without my palm cramping up.What really sold me is the time savings. Instead of fumbling with pliers and hammering clips halfway on, I can seat and twist a Lockjawz-style clip in seconds. The bright orange color is surprisingly handy too; I can spot it immediately in the grass when I inevitably set it down to chase a loose goat. The 2-pack is great value. I keep one in the barn and one in the truck so I’m never stuck without it when I find a downed section. If I’m being picky, the orange paint is starting to chip a little after heavy use, but the steel underneath is untouched and still rust-free. It’s purely cosmetic.Bottom line: if you’re putting up field fence, barbed wire, or any T-post setup, this little tool earns its keep immediately. Fast, sturdy, and cheap enough that you won’t cry if you accidentally leave one behind.

Sturdy, good grip. Newbies will need to figure it out or get help.

[Size: 2 Pack, Color: Orange]
This saves my fingers. It took me a bit to figure it out, and the help of a neighbor. T Post clips are not something I've ever had to use before. I just set up a raspberry trellis, using wire, thimbles, and turnbuckles. There are also heavy, hard to use, clips that hold my squash trellis poles together. Very hard to use, bruise my fingers and hands and take me a good long time to struggle to use. This tool actually helped with that too. No instructions, if you are a total newbie like me, and have normal hands - you need help to figure it out. If you are a farmer or a ranch hand, I suppose you'd be able to use this easily. I'm using it to twist the raspberry wire tighter around the U posts, and stringing it with thimbles. The clips on the squash trellis look very similar to the description photos, and my neighbor was able to help me out there. The bending tool is the key for me, as I can twist and bend the wire without bruising myself anymore. Seems to work just fine for my application. It has been sturdy so far and bends freely when needed. Has not bound up, frozen or broken after several days of use.

Heavy duty, comfortable handle, orange color is easy to find when you drop it!Heavy duty, comfort...

[Size: 2 Pack, Color: Orange, Size: 2 Pack, Color: Orange]
These wire benders are handy to have when you are repairing or installing new T-posts for fencing. I have been using a closed end 5/16 wrench that I always manage to drop in the weeds. The orange handles on these make them easy to find when you drop them. They are a little awkward to use at first, so I need to practice the best way to use them. They didn't come with any instructions or tips, but there are some vids online. These are made heavy duty. They have a roll pin cross drilled in the swivel part to catch on the fence so you can pivot around the pin. There is also a cross hole drilled in the swivel part to wrap the short ends to keep them from poking your livestock, etc.For a set of 2, these are a good value for the money, if you practice the best way to use them. You can get some nice tight wraps if you practice.

Make running fence so much easier, you won’t believe you ever fenced without them.

[Size: 2 Pack, Color: Orange]
These things are awesome! They make easy work of an otherwise major pain in the butt, wicked time consuming, all around drag of a day, two, or possibly even three day project. With these once you figure them out you’ll be done in half a day or less. The t-post clips or guide wire will be installed much tighter and more secure than if done with pliers. The clips become nearly impossible to remove by hand and they will not move or slip at all once installed and tightened with these. There is a version of these that are really similar that has a couple added features and several hole options that I would probably go with if purchasing on my own. However, these are a solid product that seem like they’ll last a really long time. If you’re only running a small amount of fencing you probably don’t need these. If you have a large fenced property, a ranch or farm, or if you install fence regularly you’ll be thanking yourself a million times over once you have a set of them. Once you’ve used these you’ll never want to be without them and you’ll find many more uses for them along the way.
