Today it seems like you have to put everything together, even things you would think come as one piece! I was so happy to see this came as one solid piece. That saved me time right at the start! I didn't have a hand towel rack in a convenient location in my hall bathroom, only a towel rack where we hung shower towels, so this was perfect. I also like the fact that it didn't feel like a cheap piece of metal; it is a nice, sturdy, solid piece. Because it was already put together, I could start by marking where the holes needed to go in the wall (after checking there were no wires and where the studs were). I used my mini level and a pencil to mark my spot. It came with anchors and screws to put in the wall. I actually used something different to hang mine, but it came with everything you need. Mine is up and holds my hand towel and my fan. It's perfect for what I needed.

Super sturdy and can actually hold a good amount of weight if installed correctly. I do recommend using anchors. Great value for the money and looks great on the wall. Nice color on the paint and stays very stable. Perfect size for the bathroom.

This matte black oval towel ring with shelf is amazing quality! 10/10 for quality.When you first open the box, you see that the item is protected in a dust cover which shows the attention to packaging of the product. Because of that, there were absolutely no scratches on my item. The screws and hardware to install this towel ring/shelf is all included. It is separated outside of the dust bag so that it does not scratch up the item.When you take the item out you immediately notice the weight of the shelf. It is nice and heavy. It is of such good quality! It is built to last. It does not feel cheap at all. You can add items with a little bit of weight to them onto the shelf and it will hold perfectly fine without any issues. The screws included worked wonderfully with the shelf. I had no issues.The shelf itself looks soooo beautiful up on the wall. I love that it has a shelf, my bathroom is already very restricted in terms of space and this added space is so very appreciated.I highly highly recommend this shelf, especially if you have a bathroom that is limited in space. It gives you somewhere to hang your hand towel as well as add some additional shelf space. I love it!
