This wire is so nice. The set is outstanding quality!! I'm amazed at how flexible the wire is -- due to the silicone insulation and fine copper strands. This is great for any use but especially nice for test leads or connections to boards and other applications where you need flexibility. I should also note that the box is a thoughtful part of the set. It's just cardboard but made to help with dispensing the wire while keeping everything sorted out. I love using this wire and have ordered another set with different colors as well.This is a really great silicone wire kit that's made to perform. The wire is a pleasure to use. The listing has multiple kits of different color combinations and different wire thickness. I specifically ordered the 16AWG 4M each that comes in common colors (red, black, yellow, blue and green). The insulation color is very vibrant and the wires come in plastic spools and a basic cardboard dispenser box.All wires have markings of "16AWG 200C" and nothing else.The strands appear to be 0.08mm and there should be 252 of them in each conductor. The strands are tinned copper. They are very flexible and resemble a wet noodle. The 16AWG wire can generally handle up to around 15A of current, but that depends on the specific application. This wire is easy to solder but requires a bigger soldering tip given the large thickness of the wire.Since the wire is both flexible and support high current, it is perfect for making multimeter test leads, battery connectors, or power supply test wires. This wire fits perfectly in the common XT60 connectors. As the silicone insulation withstands high heat, they are perfect car wiring or other applications around heat sources. Overall, this is an excellent, high quality wire.

its a nice little assortment of wires, good for misc. projects. Like a few years ago when a pack rat chewed the wiring harness on my tractor (totally disconnecting the 14 wire bundle going to the instrument cluster, that was sad)....The wire is very flexible, little memory, so it doesn't bend rigidly in place (that can be good or bad depending on what you're doing). The insulation has the typical "soft" feel of silicone insulation.The small selection of zip ties and heat shrink is nice I guess. There's not enough of either to do much with, but it is a handy little assortment to leave in a tool box or some place similar.

This is superior wire because of the high count multi-strand composition that makes the wire more flexible. And this wire is superior because of the silicone wire covering insulation that is very flexible. The wire is on reels that fit inside a hefty enough cardboard box that you can set up for easy dispensing. You can find videos about the best way to set up the reels for tangle free dispensing. Mostly, you just orient the reels the correct way for unreeling the wire through holes you poked in the cardboard box.You must be wary of the generic description because it contains misinformation depending on the AWG size wire you buy. Usually the largest diameter wire that you can easily push through the holes in an electronics protoboard perf board is 20 AWG. When I need thicker gauge wire I just solder the thicker wire to the pads or I make an “exterior” solder bridge sitting on the top of the protoboard rather than going through the board.
