Through the years I have fixed/replaced a lot of faucets that were broken, leaking etc. I have always thought that it was best to buy OEM replacement parts because I would be sure that they fit and would work as advertised. That means I have replaced the RP24096 cartridge on many occasions. When my bathroom faucet started to leak i immediately went on line to check home depot. Their Delta replacement cartridge was around $20 and didn't include any other parts. When I saw this replacement kit of four cartridges and all necessary parts, I had to try it. I was a little surprised when I received the kit to see four rolls of teflon tape included. I have never used teflon tape when replacing cartridges but they will be handy to keep around. Installation took no time at all and the leak is gone. I can't be sure of the materials used on these cartridges so I can't really say anything about overall reliability, but I can say that I now can see the value in looking at other options rather than going immediately to the OEM parts for repair.

I've replaced enough of these Delta two-handle stem assemblies to know what to expect from a good aftermarket kit. This Aifeier 4-pack delivers everything you need - and then throws in something I haven't seen any other kit include: Teflon tape. Now, Teflon tape isn't strictly required when replacing stems in a Delta two-handle faucet like the Leland series. The valve nut that secures the stem into the valve body doesn't typically need it. But having it on hand never hurts - one can never have enough Teflon tape when working around threaded plumbing connections, and if you want to wrap the securing nut threads as an extra precaution, there's your tape. Handy bonus, no complaints. Each kit includes four complete stem assemblies - one per valve - with the brass stem body and stainless steel plate construction you want to see in a part that's going to be torqued down and cycled repeatedly. Also included: four RP4993 rubber seats and springs, and four RP24097 quarter-turn stops. Everything needed to do a full four-valve repair in one box, with no separate hardware trips.Installation on my Delta Leland two-handle faucets runs about 15 minutes per stem when properly prepped and with the right specialty tools on hand. The general process: shut off the water supply valves, remove the handle, unscrew the top handle skirt - which can be set aside for reuse on another project or simply discarded - and then remove the valve nut to access the stem. Pull the old stem, swap in the new one with a fresh seat and spring seated correctly below it, reinstall the quarter-turn stop in the correct orientation, and torque the valve nut to a firm but smooth feel. Don't overtighten.A word on lubrication: use a food-safe lubricant - the same one referenced in previous plumbing reviews - on the rubber seat, O-rings, and any moving surfaces during reassembly. It's not strictly required, but it makes a real difference in how smoothly the handle turns when finished, and it extends the life of the rubber components. After installation: no leaks, smooth quarter-turn feel on each handle, just like new. Consistent quality across all four stems in the pack, which matters and isn't always a given with aftermarket kits.Five out of five for completeness, consistent part quality across the full set, and the welcome bonus of Teflon tape that no other kit I've used has bothered to include.Helpful Hints & Suggestions:โข Confirm your Delta faucet model uses RP25513 stems before ordering. This part fits most Delta two-handle kitchen, bathroom, sink, and tub faucets - including the Leland series - but not all Delta models. Pull one existing stem and match the profile, or check the Delta parts diagram for your specific model number.โข Replace the RP4993 rubber seat and spring every time you replace the stem. These are included in the kit and are inexpensive insurance - a new stem against a worn seat will drip just as reliably as the old one.โข Orient the quarter-turn stop (RP24097) correctly for hot and cold sides. On the hot side, the permanent stop faces right with the flat portion of the brass stem facing away from the spout. On the cold side, the permanent stop faces right with the flat portion facing toward the spout. Delta's own documentation covers this clearly - reference it before assembly.โข Apply a food-safe lubricant to the rubber seat, O-rings, and moving stem surfaces before reassembly. It's not required, but it produces a noticeably smoother handle feel and helps the rubber components last longer.โข Do not overtighten the valve nut. Firm and smooth is the goal - overtightening distorts the seat seal and can crack the valve body on older fixtures.โข The Teflon tape included in this kit is a genuine bonus. Use it on any threaded plumbing connection nearby while you have it out, or save it for future use. One less thing to hunt for in the middle of a repair job.โข Flush the supply lines before final assembly by briefly cracking the shutoff valves with the stem removed to blow out any debris. Then close, reassemble, and restore water. This prevents grit from immediately damaging your new seat and spring.Item Title (as received): Aifeier ET RP25513 Faucet Stem Replacement, Complete Repair Kit Includes RP24096 Cartridge, RP4993 Seat & Spring, RP24097 1/4 Turn Stop, for Two Handle Kitchen & Bathroom Faucet (4 Pack) (White)Item ASIN: B0GWPLMXKWItem UPC: N/A

The leaking Delta kitchen faucet that I needed to fix is about thirty years old. I don't know what the model number is, so I ordered a couple of these stem replacement kits from Amazon with the hope that one of them would be a match. I tried the first one that arrived and it worked great. Then this kit arrived. It looks pretty much identical to the one that used, so I'm certain this one would also work fine. I made sure to order kits that had brass stems. The faucet that leaked had a cartridge with a plastic stem that cracked. I'm giving this kit five stars because I'm confident that it would've worked had I used it. I must at that the kit that I did use was a few dollars cheaper, so shop around.

I purchased this repair kit to fix leaky faucets in both of my bathrooms, and it turned out to be one of the best plumbing purchases Iโve made. Instead of replacing the entire faucet assembly, I was able to repair both faucets using the parts included in this kit. What I liked most was that everything came in one package. When I checked Home Depot, I would have needed to buy several separate parts to complete the same repair, including stems, seats, springs, and other components. By the time I added everything up, the cost was significantly higher than this kit, and I still would have had to make sure I had all the correct pieces. The parts fit well, the brass stems appear to be good quality, and installation was straightforward. Once installed, both faucets stopped dripping completely and now operate smoothly with no issues switching between hot and cold water.Having enough parts to repair multiple faucets was another big advantage. I ended up fixing both bathroom faucetsIf you have a leaking two-handle faucet and are considering buying individual replacement parts from a hardware store, take a look at this kit first. It includes everything needed in one package, saved me money, and solved my faucet leaks without replacing the entire fixture. I would definitely purchase it again.

One of my bathroom faucets started dripping, so it was finally time to swap out the cartridges. My faucet uses the Delta RP24096 stems, but I really didn't want to pay the steep big-box store prices for the name-brand OEM replacements, especially since I needed to fix more than one.I took a chance on this 4-pack, and Iโm glad I did. They fit precisely into the faucet body without needing any forced modifications or trimming. Everything lined up exactly like the originals. Most importantly, the leaks stopped immediately after putting them in, and the handles turn smoothly. It's a complete repair kit that includes the extra seats, springs, 1/4 turn stops, and even a bit of Teflon tape.As far as long-term durability goes, itโs obviously too soon to tell. Our hard water usually eats through faucet seals eventually, but out of the box, these feel sturdy and perform just as well as the factory parts.

I bought a replacement valve for my Delta 2 handle faucets but when it came it had a nylon shaft for tightening the handle onto. So I picked these up which use the brass style shafts for a more secure handle attachment. We seem to go through theses valves regularly in AZ and the hard water here eats the rubber parts. So I got these to have on hand whenever the other one fails.

One of the Delta faucet valves in our bathroom was leaking, so it was due for a stem replacement. This item fit and functioned perfectly. Its quality appears to be equivalent to the OEM Delta stem and you get four stems for less than the price of one OEM stem. It also came with replacement springs and rubber seals, which I don't believe the OEM one comes with. A small roll of Teflon tape is included with each stem, although it was not needed for installing the stem on my faucet. If these last as long as the OEM stem, it will be a very good value.

Itโs compatible with most Delta bathroom, sink, and bathtub models, and the replacement process is quick and straightforward. The kit truly includes everything you need โ cartridge, seats, springs, stops, and even four small rolls of Teflon threadโsealing tape, which is a nice bonus you donโt usually get.
