Okay okay this little cutie is more of an accent light. I bought it for my back porch light and it is certainly not bright enough for what I wanted however it is very well made and fun that you can alter how the light shines. It is more of a smaller accent light rather than a larger deck light though. Only reason I gave it four stars is that -Five stars for quality and ease of installation (so long as you know some electrical!)

Small but mighty, this light is great for adding accent lighting to your home or business. Fairly small in size, but looks great. Clean modern design and all metal construction. I love that you can individually set the four shades independently controlling how the light throws from the top and bottom of the unit. For me, because the light is on the side next to a slanted roof, I was able to adjust them to make it look nice and balanced. I also like that this has a replaceable LED lamp as the one I replaced had built in LEDs meaning the entire fixture was trash when the LED fails. This avoids that problem by allowing you to change the lamp and not the entire unit.Installation took less than 20 minutes. All I had to do was remove my old lamp, replace the base plate, connect the wires, and that was it! A nice clean modern upgrade at a great price. I only needed one but these would look great together, such as along a wall or on either side of a door.
