It came securely packed and wrapped so it wouldn't be damaged in shipping.The instructions were in clear and concise English with diagrams on a single 10 x 10 card (both sides). It also came with two spools of Teflon tape, multiple flow restriction fittings, an Allan wrench and some replacement fittings for the large "rain" type overhead shower.One thing that really impressed me was the way the boom arms lock together once they are in place. There is a type of gear fitting that locks in multiple positions so you don't have to rely on friction to hold the heavy shower head up. I have had experience with the type that use friction only and it never went well. So I was glad to see they engineered a way to lock them in place.Overall, this is a quality, well performing shower head. My only disappointment was that there was no "Power" type wash selection for rinsing out the shower and tub, hence the four star rating. If it had one of those, it would be a five star unit for sure.
