The makerCircuit 16 awg wiring is a fantastic kit to have for any DIYer. The 5 colors allow you to color-code your circuits, and the wire-dispensing box makes it super easy to plop on your desk while you're working on your project and pull as much as you need. The kit also comes with shrink wrap and zip ties that match the color coding. I've done a few projects with this kit and will continue to buy this instead of the larger rolls at the big box stores.

I picked this up for a few automotive and electronics projects, and I’m really impressed with the quality. The insulation is thick enough to feel durable without being overly stiff, so it’s easy to route through tight spaces. The stranded tinned copper wire is flexible, solders well, and makes clean, reliable connections.I also like that each color comes on its own spool. It keeps everything organized and makes it much easier to identify circuits without having to label every wire. The 16 AWG size is a nice all-around choice for many low-voltage applications, and having five different colors included is really convenient.The only thing I’d change is that I’d love to see longer lengths offered, since I found myself wishing I had more of a couple of the colors for larger projects. That said, for the price, this kit offers excellent value and the wire itself is exactly what I was hoping for.I’d definitely buy it again.

Perfect wiring kit. I recently put on electric brakes on my boat trailer and needed to add wiring. I probably should have went with all one color wiring but didn't mind different colors. I like that this kit came with heat shrink and small zip straps. Good wiring
