Overall, I’m happy with this outdoor wall sconce. The construction feels solid, and it seems well made for the price. The motion sensor works reliably, and I like that it uses a standard E26 bulb instead of a proprietary LED. I installed a warm Edison-style bulb, and it gives the fixture a really nice appearance.One thing to be aware of is the size. Some of the listing photos make it look larger than it actually is (compared to the house). To be fair, the dimensions are provided in the product description, so I should have paid closer attention before ordering.The fixture is also open on the bottom. That makes changing the bulb quick and easy, which is a nice feature. However, if you live in an area with lots of insects like I do, it also seems like it could become an inviting place for wasps or other bugs to build nests.Overall, it’s an attractive, well-built fixture with a good motion sensor and easy bulb replacement. Just make sure the size fits your space, and keep an eye on the open bottom if insects are common where you live.
