Locking pliers

[Size: 5inch+7inch+10inch 3 pcs]
I received this 3-piece locking pliers set through Amazon Vine and tested it across basic shop and home repair tasks. The set includes 5", 7", and 10" curved jaw locking pliers, which cover a good range of general-use applications. The adjustment screws allow for reasonable control over clamping pressure, and the locking mechanism engages securely once set.Construction is solid for a budget tool set. The carbon steel body feels sturdy, and the jaws hold reasonably well under load for tasks like gripping bolts, holding pipes, and stabilizing materials during light fabrication work. The quick-release levers function smoothly and make repositioning easy with one hand. The ergonomic handles provide decent grip comfort, even during extended use, though they are fairly basic compared to premium brands. For DIY and occasional shop use, they are adequate and functional. As expected at this price point, they are not intended to replace professional-grade vice grips for heavy industrial work, but they perform well for general maintenance, automotive tasks, and household repairs.Overall, this is a practical and affordable locking pliers set that covers the most commonly needed sizes and delivers reliable performance for DIY users and light professional use.

Simple, sturdy, and useful for gripping jobsSimple, sturdy, and useful for gripping jobs

[Size: 10 Inch 2pcs, Size: 10 Inch 2pcs]
I got this set to keep in my toolbox because the locking pliers I already had were smaller and sometimes didn’t give me enough reach or grip for larger pieces. These feel noticeably bigger in the hand, with a black metal body and red handle covers that make them easier to hold without feeling overly bulky. The curved jaws have pronounced teeth, so they make more sense for gripping round parts, bolts, pipes, or anything that needs a firm bite. The rear adjustment screw works as expected and lets you dial in the pressure before locking them down, though like most vise-grip style tools, it takes a little adjustment to get the tension right. Having two matching pliers is useful because one can stay clamped while the other is still available for another task. I would not call them precision tools, but for general toolbox use, holding, clamping, and basic repair work, they feel practical and more useful than the smaller pair I had before.

Solid Value Locking Pliers Set

This three-piece set covers the most useful sizes for basic clamping, twisting, and repair work. The curved jaws grip well, the adjustment screws are easy to use, and the coated handles are comfortable. They feel sturdy for general DIY and garage tasks, though the fit and finish are not quite professional-grade. Overall, a useful and affordable set for occasional use.

A decently made locking pliers set, has slightly rough screw threads. But good overall.

[Size: 5inch+7inch+10inch 3 pcs]
This is a nice three pack of locking pliers, that gives you three different sizes so it’s good to have in your tool kit. The metal on the these is sort of moderate thickness for a set of locking pliers, but it is nice that it has the rubber on it, and it is very comfortable in your hands. The teeth are pretty well chiseled, so these will grip on the things pretty well. The only downside, are that the metal is a little slightly thinner than other well-known brands, and I’d say the bigger issue is turning the screw threads is a bit rough, which might not seem a big deal, but if you’re trying to adjust this under a load that could be kind of a pain in the butt. In future versions it would be nice if they made it a smoother turning tightening nut. But it is definitely usable, and decent for the priceWith the price to value, this is a good multi set to get and add to your toolbox. I am happy with it in my tool kit, and it’s worth getting.
