Very stylish. Works well. Only disappointment is that the shade fabric flaps over rather than a clean seam.

Definitely don't love it but it's workable. The primary lampshade is absolutely hideous. I don't like this pleated thing on top of it either but it's better than the base underneath. The cord is black and comes out of the post instead of the base which doesn't seem like a big thing but it's subconsciously quite odd and ugly. I think with a new lamp shade and a modification to the cord and this would be a four or four and a half star lamp.

Black and gold is a departure for me. As a combination, it can sometimes smack of cheap discos, so I wasn't entirely sure how I was going to feel about this lamp. I'm happy to say there isn't a disco ball in sight. This is a genuinely beautiful floor lamp.The black shade is particularly striking and gives the lamp a sophisticated, slightly dramatic look. Combined with the slender gold accents and sculptural resin detailing, the overall design is reminiscent of mid-century modern lighting without looking like a reproduction. The marble and metal base provides a substantial foundation for the 65-inch lamp and balances the taller, narrower profile nicely.It was also remarkably easy to assemble. The sections fit together properly, everything felt secure once tightened, and this was one of those rare furniture-and-lighting projects that didn't turn into an engineering exercise.The included LED bulb offers three color temperatures, which makes the lamp much more versatile than its decorative appearance might suggest. You can choose a warmer light for evenings and ambiance or a brighter, cooler light when you actually need illumination. The dark shade directs and softens the light nicely, creating a warm pool of light rather than flooding the entire room.

This light is beautiful. The base is heavy and the lamp and the shade itself are beautiful. Definitely would use this vendor again.
